We had an amazing experience with Edwards memorial. Sam was so helpful and guided us through a most difficult time with professionalism and empathy. Her team went above and beyond to help us on the day of the service and were always so accessible to us. Highly recommend them
Phenomenal service. The director and staff was very caring, knowledgable and had amazing referrals for things we needed for our service. They really pay attention to detail and are very comforting during such a stressful and overwhelming time. I appreciate their outstanding customer service and patience while we both planned the funeral and processed the loss of our loved one.
Edwards Memorial was very compassionate, caring and loving to our family. They're very reasonable with the prices. They're very prompting at what they do. And they would go the extra mile just for your family to feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that's looking for somebody that has reasonable prices, cares about the family and cares about your loved one.
Everything was handled so perfectly. Somebody suggested that we use Edwards, and I'm so glad that we went with them. From the beginning to the end. They helped me with my love one. The service was outstanding, they were so courteous. And as a side note, the price was great. But I tell you what I would have paid a lot more for what I got.
Be careful what you are buying. My mother in law bought what she thought was a pre paid for cremation. Upon her passing we found out it was only half paid for. Luckily we were able to tap into her life insurance to cover the rest. The ladies that helped us were kind and courteous. It took a while to get her remains back and her death certificates. We were told that the insurance company would get a copy of the death certificate which was not the case so after we finally received those we were able to send it off to the insurance company not a big deal just one more thing we needed to do. They were ok.
Madison and the rest of the staff helped our family handle one of the most difficult times in our lives. Loosing our Mom left us raw and confused and that's when the calm guidance from Madison truly helped. She applied no unnecessary pressure to add "luxuries" we couldn't afford but made sure we had everything we needed and our Mother would have wanted. I hope I won't need them anytime soon, but if I did, I would call Madison and Edward's Memorial.
Very caring, supportive and professional. Edward's staff was there to help me with anything that they could. Awesome at working with the VA and the National Cemetery. I will tell my children that when it's my time to use Edward's Memorial.
This was our first death within my immediate family.. savannah was so patient with me as I didn't know where to start.. everyone from the 2 gentlemen that came to get my grandaddy up to the manager were extremely patient. No question went Un answered.. I will definitely do business with them againhopefully no time soon though
The patient and compassionate assistance rendered by the staff especially Madison was very much appreciated in a difficult time for our family
Would not recommend this funeral home. Our funeral director Bryan was everywhere and a mess. Had to reach out to him and others when his job was supposed to call us first. After this experience I’ll be going elsewhere for the future.
