Huge movie theater with 20 screens and IMAX, parking is free. Never crowded on weeknights. Tickets are easily purchased by the main entrance through a self service kiosk. Tickets are $12.90 for adults on a week night. They do sell beer here which is nice if that's your thing. A 12oz can of blue moon is $9.90. Which is as expensive as it gets. If you're buying anything at the concession stand they don't accept cash. Inside it's very clean and the seats are comfortable. Only minus is that the image on the screen is not really clear it's kind of dull/distorted like the lense on the projector is burned out. I've seen a couple movies here in different showrooms and in one of them, theater 16 screen had a line going through it that was visible and the screen was dirty.
A casual movie theater experience. Various ticket and snack deals throughout the week with the Regal Crown card. This theater also sells alcoholic beverages.
Average experience. The location is grate...enough parking space. The welcoming as you enter the theater is nice. The out side look is nice it gets your attention but the inside look I think is outdated. As you enter there are two game spots for you to entertain your self while waiting for a movie to start. Food court is very slow eventhough there are two food courts, the times I have been here the second food court is always close. I have no idea why but having both spots open so people can get their food, drinks and snacks faster would be great since they take for ever with the food orders and employees have no training whatsoever. You are standing right at one of the hallways waiting for you food and you don't know whose giving it to you. I used to see only two employees in the food court and a bunch of employees just walking around with their radios in hand doing nothing. The auditoriums have an okay size but the seats need a deep cleaning specially with bed bugs being found in some movie theaters now a days even though they are following health procedures guidelines. It would be a great experience if movie theaters owners would take the care an time to train their employees an care about us as well since we are the ones spending our money there to have an excellent experience from the moment we stepped in the theater.
Hadn’t been here in a good while. Good to see the whole process of getting a ticket is much more convenient. A lot faster. More convenient. Parking is plentiful. Lots of options to do before and after the movie.
This is a nice place , it’s soo big they are clean and have great customer service , the movie quality is everything for me , I enjoyed the quality with in the screen and the audio. This is a place to come back to even the seat are comfortable. Parking spot is great . What more can you ask for.
Really bad service, what's the whole point of having two customer service locations if there's no one at the windows to help you out. For me to get my money back I had to make a line where you buy the beverages and snacks. Waited for 25 minutes. They need a better management or have it how they used to.
Regardless of which film, it's like you're here to watch a children's movie. Toddlers playing with their devices in high volume throughout the entire movie. It's okay if it's a children's movie but not higher rated films. Especially when you paid extra for IMAX 3D. I definitely didn't get the experience I paid for.
I had the worst experience ever I have never been disrespected the way I did by the cashier. His name is Jose. I was in line waiting to purchase food . It was my second purchase with him, and on my second purchase, he completely skipped me, ignored me and even when I told him hey I am next I’ve been standing in line. He just looked at me and cashed out the person behind me extremely awfully rude. I will never go back to that theater nor recommended to no one. I didn’t even finish watching my movie that I paid money for it was truly a horrible experience.
45 minutes in line for a drink and popcorn. What hell, I got there early and still got in the movie late. Plus the imax sound was bad and screen was super blurry. Never going here again.
Nice theater great for a date night. Although it's pricey at 16 dollars a ticket, this location has a great arcade setup and lots of fun food choices! They also have adult beverages but again very pricey!! I spent 50 dollars on food for 4 adults!.a medium popcorn 2 nachos a twisted tea adult beverage which is 3 dollars at the liquor store$13 at the movies,raisen net's which is 5$ at the movies 1$ at the dollar tree and sweettarts 5$ at the movies 1$ at the dollar tree!! but sometimes you have to live alittseats are comfy but they do not recline, and theater is clean at lease when I go it is!!! Big theater too! so I hope this helps makes your decision! By the way we saw Avatar all I can say Is it's looongg Movie
