Eglin Fitness Center

Great gym! Has area for cardio, weightlifting, stretching room, Basketball court, spinning room, parents room which has an area with tv for kids while their parents workout in the same room. Huge gym with plenty of racks, treadmills and free weight are.

Bathroom and locker rooms were horrible, nasty, and gross. I'm not entirely sure when they were last cleaned but it looked and smelled like a very long time. They do have a wide variety of workout apparatus so you'll be able to get a good workout in and nothing was broken so that was good.

It's got everything I need. And the folks at the front counter are very friendly. The locker rooms are good too. Yeah it's old and dingy but that's part of its charm.

Clean, with a good selection of equipment. It does get busy!!!!....so plan accordingly

Glad to see the smiling faces and the doors unlocked at 0500 every morning. Maybe the AFBs will back to having up & running sauna & steam-rooms in the gyms oneday.

Roomy w much equipment. Sauna has been subpar or inop for about 3 years.

Covid won't allow Active duty and Retired to work out together so they have an alternate facility for retirees which is Great! Thanks for making sure us retirees are taken care of while protecting our active duty folks!!

24/7 hr access is a cool thing to sign up for. Love the rooms with varying equipment and nicely organized.

Good size fitness center with plenty of cardio equipment. 2 flat benches, 2 incline, 1 decline. 5 squat racks, 2 of those with bumpers. About 5-8 free benches for dumbbells. Dumbbells 5-120 lbs, 2 sets of each. Just recently discovered they have a sauna fairly hidden. 24 hour access available. Make sure to bring your own towel and soap.
