Amazing hospitality, great stuff, very friendly, kind, gentle! We had an amazing experience with Dr. Slaughter and all his team. Special thanks to Dr. Slaughter, the kind lady doctor anesthesiologist I'm extremely sorry that I couldn't remember your name , the nurses Zena, Derek, and Lorena. They took very good care of my wife! They brought extra heated blankets for her, carefully monitored her before and after the surgery. Answered all our questions. You guys are doing great, thank you for touching people's life's.
This was my second reason for visiting Dr. Lerner and his office over a period of two years. He and all of his office staff, especially Jennifer and Megan always treated me wonderfully. Dr. Lerner is a great surgeon and doctor. It is obvious that he cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone I know needing his services. My arm surgery went very well and I am feeling wonderful already.
This office is amazing! Dr. Cramer and Dr. Lerner are very knowledgeable and have some unique techniques to what they do. Dr. Cramer performed bunion surgery on both of my feet. Prior to the surgery I had heard so many horror stories that I can't even count, and a lot of those people are still in pain and having to schedule multiple surgeries. I was up and walking the very same day of surgery. I also have a 23 pound+ baby that needed me. I literally had no down time. Being a realtor and a mom, this surgery had to go perfect, and it did. Every one I know could not believe I was walking around so easily right after the surgery. It has been 6 weeks and I am already back to working out. I am so thankful for such a successful surgery. However Dr. Cramer was confident in his results, which is why I never second guessed my decision. The office team is delightful, and the surgical center staff was awesome too! Thank you to the entire team and staff at EHI. I have already referred many people your way and will continue to do so.
Wife's surgery was well handled. But they insisted on my paying upfront for their estimate of what would be covered as though I had not satisfied any deductibles this year. Consequently they charged me nearly $900 more than the EOB from my insurance says I owe. For more than a week now I have been leaving voicemails on the 5 different phone numbers I have for these people including one specifically identified as "Patient Accounts". No response. Crickets. Yo quiero mi dinero ahoy!
Dr. Lerner is very personable and knows his stuff. He made my procedure a pleasant experience and his primary concern was for my continued care. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Surgery went well here. However, they charged us far more for my portion than needed, and will not answer the phone, and will not return voicemails. They were adamant that I paid upfront before they’d take me back as well. Garbage.
