The sales staff were kind and got me a birthday discount I didn't know about. Taking stars off because the actual clothing is much lower quality than one would expect based on the branding and price point. Some of the clothes seem very good while other items collect lint quickly and are thin, not very well sewn materials. Sizing feels like it runs large. I'm maybe 130lbs and an XS is baggy around the waist. Consider that you may need to have items tailored in addition to the price and see if it's worth it for you. Good to see the items in person vs. ordering on Nordstrom.
Walked in! Nobody acknowledged me or offered to help me! I was in the store for about 10 minutes. When I left I made eye contact with a staff member who didn’t again acknowledge so I went ahead and left! Very disappointed as I love Eileen Fisher!
Wonderful staff. Helpful in making selections. A nice sales going on, too.
