I have had really wonderful experiences working with Kacie spelling?. I went back several times specifically on days that I knew she was working. Quality products with amazing choices for customization. Will be returning to make additional purchases in the future. Highly recommend!!
Amy was great to work with! Her designer flare was evident from the start! I found a beautiful sofa at the showroom, and Amy provided me with a great assortment of fabric and color swatches to chose from. My sofa will be a livable, comfortable, well made, statement piece in my home. Many thanks!
Hands down one of the best shopping home design experiences! Howard and Casey designed the most beautiful living space for us and we can’t wait to see it all come together. They made the shipping effortless and I will be buying the rest of my house at MG + BW!
Be careful with this company and think twice before you buy anything from them. why I give 1 is not because of the product or this specific store but because I feel I have been cheated by this dishonest company. I placed an order online during a promo 30% off and paid shipment cost and everything. After the delivery, I realized that the promised discount has not been applied. I sent email and used their chat on the website to ask what happened. they never replied. I called and the customer rep said their web team will apply the discount and will call me back in 24-48 hours. neither they applied the discount nor called me back. I sent more emails but no response. I called again where the rep told me that they rejected my request and didn't apply the discount b/c they've already shipped the item I don't understand how on earth these two are mutually exclusive. When I asked what if I return the item, she said b/c it's been over 21 days post delivery, I can't even return the item. I believe this is complete cheating and dishonesty. The accept an order, don't apply the promised discount, and won't answer to your emails and calls and will mislead you with false promises for over 21 days, so you won't even be able to return and get your money back.

An item we ordered was slightly damaged fabric in the shipping and delivery process. Of course they immediately told us, before we even asked, that the item would be completely replaced because of the damage. They left the item with us during the 8-10 week period of time it took to make the replacement, and we enjoyed using it. A month ago they swapped out the original damaged item with the replacement, and the replacement version is of vastly poorer quality than the original. It feels like the seat is going to fall through in a couple months of use. The upholstery isn't as carefully or neatly done. We decided to ask that they look at it due to the difference in quality and the issue with the sagging seat. After some pushing they had a "3rd party technician" come to out house to inspect the item. They told us that there is a board missing, and this is the main reason why there is such a difference between the original and the replacement, and likely the reason the seat feels like it will fall through. We aren't sure what happened in the discussion between the "3rd party technician" and the Mitchell Gold representatives, but they have refused to remake the top section of the ottoman and we can't return it as we chose the fabric on it. They also will not let us swap out the replacement for the original that was slightly damaged. This is a major frustration and all in all it something about it feels shady and dishonest. So beware.... if your item is damaged in shipping and a "replacement" is made, be assured they will cut costs however they can.
It’s been wonderful working with Casey! I just purchased a sofa and the initial call, all the way to the ordering process, was seamless and fun. Casey was professional, informative and helpful. Looking forward to receiving one of the most important furniture items in our new home!
MGBWHome Tyson’s is one of my favorite places. I’m always in awe of the arrangements on display. Such great quality, well made furniture. Also, I always enjoy designing with Amy. She’s helped me put together a few great spaces. She’s the best!! Love this store…
Casey was a joy to work with! We are already familiar with the quality of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams products, but having someone so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional makes the experience that much better. We can’t wait for the arrival of our new sofa. We highly recommend this store and Casey Covault as a super helpful salesperson!
