Eintracht Singing Society, New Castle, PA
The Eintracht Singing Society was founded July 1, 1894. The purpose of the society shall be to preserve and to foster Transylvania Saxon and German-American virtues, customs, manners, and cultivate songs to promote sociability.
The Eintracht Singing Society hosts the Eintracht Maennerchor, one of the longest established men's choir in the nation. Their purpose purpose has been, since it's inception, to provide the opportunity for its members to come together to preserve and promote their Saxon/German cultures, rich in songs of life, love, and nature. The Mannerchor, well known for their robust sound and tightlyblended harmony, present their own unique vocal style of "gemutlichkeit" for the audience's pleasure!
