El Burrito Loco

Side by side comparison of the same dish of “Camarones a la Diabla”. Left is from my go to spot on Jefferson street. The right is from this location. They forgot part of my food on the first visit. Could not refund over the phone. I stopped here on my way home. Now I will be sure to go to the Jefferson location from now on. The service was good and kind regardless of this incident. No problem asking for refund. Just dissatisfied and disappointed in the food and the missing item.

This was my second visit with years in between these 2 visits only because it is not my usual travel direction when eating out. I ordered their large quesadilla with chicken. I had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Their atmosphere is a very simple decor. I liked these two donkey paintings hanging inside their restaurant.Food: 5/5

Went threw the drive thru and order 3 tortas de milanesa 2 with frijoles and cheese and one with everything the one torts with everything has only meat Yes sir I gave them a call. The owner answered and I told him that I was missing a burrito and that the torta that I asked for everything was given to me plain he said relax why don’t you just drive back and will give you the order again and I said is not that’s not the problem, the problem is that you’re making me drive one more time back I repeated the order to you two times and then we repeated it again at the window and then the girl in the window. Repeat it back to me why I didn’t understand why did my order can come wrong I am not mad that I was missing stuff. I was mad that I didn’t get the Milanés out the way I asked for it and then they get mad because we complain. And this is suppose to be 9.00

Food was great. However, the service was abysmal! Self service soda was empty and when told they said they would take care of it. However the lady just kept speaking on her phone... over all I will use the drive thru next timeFood: 5/5

The food here is terrible ,prices went up n they give you small amounts of meat n toppings. This is the worst I had in the area. The menu don't even look tasty with all them black outs of numbers. The Jefferson location is alote better.

The food was nice I really recommend the burritos and the place Is a very clean place the service was good like s normal restaurant I think they Need alot more decoration and I like the rustic vibe and the color scheme is spot on.Food: 4/5

Their burrito used to be really good. Don't take it wrong, it was big, plenty of ingredients but tasted just average. My wife's taco was similar. Time to find new place.Food: 3/5

This place has amazing horchata. However, the food isn't as good as it used to be. Steak taco was bland and had a lot of fat. Taco salad was not good at all! I've tried a few times and it's not good. The one on jefferson is a tad better. But, still not great. The chicharron tacos are decent though. People are really friendlyFood: 1/5

The food is great but you get two stars because you are never open at the time stated. This has happened on multiple occasions. It’s a shame that I can’t give a higher rating.

Ordered chicken salad...no dressing. No tomatoes..water in the carton....avocado brown and bad. DO NOT GO HERE....JEFFERSON ST IS BETTER AND CARES...this one just didn't seem to care
