Late lunch, My hubby got 3 red beef enchiladas I had the beef fajitas. Not a long wait.. Everything was Great !! Service was Great ! Clean, friendly atmosphere. This was my first visit ,,I'll be back !! Thank you El Chico !

Best Mexican food and margaritas in Granbury Texas. This restaurant is so awesome and if you have a special request they’re more than happy to help the owner. This place used to be good. Now it's like every other place in Granbury. My wife and I and our son had an early dinner at 4 today. The waiter was young and definitely under the influence of something. He literally fell asleep in a booth next to us. It seemed like a manager walked back to check on him but just woke him up. What a pathetic server team. A pathetic management and waiter team. I would be ashamed to say this is my restaurant. We used to go all the time and now it's just a pos like all the other restaurants here.

Wow!!! I haven’t eaten at an El Chico in many many years. They all closed down in the greater Dallas area. When I saw this one I figured, why not?? Boy was that a great choice!!! The service was quick and fantastic! The food? HOLY MOLEY!!!!! Waaaay better than I could’ve imagined. My wife, who is from Canada, was blown away!! What an experience!!!!

Went to El Chico on 7/18/23 at 11:35am. Sat in the bar area. Service from our waitress was very below average. Wish the younger woman would’ve waited on us. At least she constantly checked on her guests. I questioned my order and our waitress was rude with her response. She came to our table, talking on a phone. How rude!!!!! Had to ask for a refill of water. Whatever happened to guest service? Hat other restaurants treat customers this way?

Dropped by for lunch today. Was immediately greeted and seated. Very friendly server. Food was at the table fast and it was excellent. The price was good too. Great job.Food: 5/5

The food wasn't as much as I thought it was. It's one of my favorite dishes there. It is brisket enchiladas. If I was you I would order 3 will send off the order comes with 2. At the end you can never have enough.

Had to go to El Chico. Years back this was my go to for Mexican food in Oklahoma city. Everything is fresh, salsa chips, place is very clean, staff is super. Food was ok. I ordered asada enchilada plate upon recommendation from server. It was good, not great but good. Next time I will try plain enchiladas . Hubs had shrimp enchiladas, grandson had chicken fajitas. Chicken enchiladas are nice n thick. Tortillas could be better. We ordered extras for side. They are plain white almost undercooked. The charro beans are excellent. Mexican rice is ok. We ordered apple pie for dessert. Oh my so so good with great vanilla ice cream
