I love the rv/mobile home space that we live on.....but there is no light on our street so our bikes were stolen and homeless person roam our site at night. The school district is amazing otherwise I would be planning to move. There is no on site laundry and the pool is a work in progress.
Love visiting my friends and family here...alot of wandering cats tho. I like to see a program capture and spay or neuter the animals before it gets out of hand. Made me pay extra attention to the road so that's a good thing
Sean manager is amazing. The guy knows what he's doing. Always on point, gets things done on time, notices when things are out of order quickly so much as to notice a tint of green in the pool due to the power outage, and he's incredibly nice and friendly. Not the nicest of neighborhoods I'll admit. Don't just leave things lying around outside unless you don't care if they're taken. But for the price, it's really great! They have great amenities and once again, Sean ties it all together. Highly recommend!
This was a great place till the electricity issue started it now over a year and electricity has no been resolved. Increase in burglary is on the rise on our street due to the noise from the generators..yet nothing is being done..beside the increase in rent..
Higher ups need to pay attention to the real issues around here instead of issuing petty complaints to the hard working residents they do have.
I stay in here with a friend of mine. They clearly have decent management which says a lot given the nature of the neighborhood it's in. There's lots of available lots for rent. You can also either buy a brand new mobile home or rent a well maintained older model or move one of your own in a nice lot provided by the park. I highly recommend this mobile home park. It's one of the nicest on the north side of Tucson
This place is always neat and tidy, it seems. I appreciate this. People seem to always be moving with purpose as opposed to groups just loitering around. There's never any litter. However, there's problems with cars being broken into.
Looks like they try really hard to keep it nice. However, there is way to much traffic running in and out of there going to the same place. I'm not stupid, I know there's a dealer in there somewhere. I have great friends that live there and I'm not concerned about visiting, but I wouldn't live there until the DEA goes in there and cleans house!
The staff and maintenance are on point ! Sean in the office runs a tight ship but very humble while doing so ! The maintenance is always right there in a jiffy when duty call's with a very positive additue to get the job done
This place is ridiculous. They raise the rent every August but they don't fix anything around the park. The maintance guys drive around all day in company truck getting absolutely nothing done so the rent hikes r paying they're wages. Every single summer the pool is closed because of a pump problem. In the lease it states they have security that's another lie. They like to try and preach the park rules to u but they violate them every single day. Yolanda was a very good park manager now the new guy Hector is a joke. He's lazy and is never in the office. This is how RHP likes to run they're business so they must not care about the place for them to turn it over to a joke. At least Yolanda made the park better but coorperate must like this place looking like a dump
