So where should you go if the first location is an hr. wait. It was our date night and came here instead. It's nice and quaint. Beautiful atmosphere where you can dine in or outside. The food selection was not the same as other restaurants we've been to. That said, we loved the food and our waiter "Alitl" was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious and very tasty. Especially the Carne asada. The steak was tender and delicious.
Great food and service. We had the steak fajitas and pollo asado. Both were delicious! Reasonably priced and generous portions.
Came in to order out. Ordered their small chicken quesadilla. Its packed with chicken and cheese so delicious and only $4.00. I was surprised how yummy it tasted. The guacamole is so rich in flavor, with this chips it came with ita mouth watering. Guacamole is creamy and delicious. The other other was their tacos chicken and 1 steak, and you won't regret ordering them so flavorful. I hope if you're in the area give them a try. Service was great and fast.
The service here is fast! Don't think I've encountered a dine-in restaurant that gets the food out nearly as quick. The food here is quite delicious and tasty. You can't go wrong with their signature gran rodeo dish. You get so much chicken and steak that you won't be able to finish! And the molcajete has even more food than the gran rodeo! Definitely make sure you have an empty stomach before you go. Chips and salsa are served with your meal. They come out nice and warm! There's a white sauce accompanied with it. Have no idea what that sauce is but it sure does taste good.
Great food, and very nice staff. We ate here during lunch and comfortably sat outside away from people. We were happily surprised they brought out salsa and chips with one of their homemade dips... which is common in the South where I'm from, but lost up north. The food was great, simple and exactly what I love about Mexican restaurants. Our food came out in max 5 minutes after we ordered. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic southern Mexican cuisine.
Pretty good Mexican food overall. Service is quick and we've never had to wait for a table at lunch. My biggest issue is that the salsa is too mild for my taste, and the amount of meat in the fajita dishes is just too small. The ratio of peppers to meat is incorrect. Otherwise, the chips and queso are good. If you're hunting for some Mexican food in the Glenn Mills area, this is certainly a spot to consider.
Wow! This place was not only super cute but the food was absolutely delicious. We had tacos, burritos, chicken nuggets and French fries, for my little one. All came out perfect. They give you free chips with salsa and then some homemade sour cream looking thing, which wasn't sour cream, but some delicious concoction or awesomeness!!!! Also had a couple margaritas, strawberry, which were amazing as well. Be sure to look at your glass though. My first margarita had a huge Crack down the side of it, which they replaced without any questions. They have huge jumbo margaritas that look amazing and are as big as my head lol. Recommend this place hands down!!! I also read the previous reviews which some had negative things to say about the service. Our service was perfect, super friendly, seated super fast, food was pretty quick to come out as well. Will go back when we are on the east coast again.
Great and fast service! Chicken dishes are really good here. I was so excited for the margarita flight, but they’re too sweet for my liking.
It's really just ok. Maybe at the same level as a large chain such as chili's or Applebee's. Menu has a lot of variety, maybe a bit too much in my opinion. We got the mixed fajitas for two and as you can see in the photo, the meat was chopped up into little pieces unlike anywhere else I've ordered fajitas. I'm expecting larger slices of meat. Almost hides the fact that it is mostly onion and peppers. It tasted fine but was expecting something different. Service was fine; it seemed like the waiters were busier than what it looked like. And the cocktails were average, nothing special. Overall ok but nothing special. Parking: Lots of spots; part of a shopping center that doesn't seem to get too busy
Great first time experience. Was looking for a quick but yummy place for dinner before our movie at AMC. Plenty of parking in their shared plaza lot. Nice outdoor seating section but we are inside. Super brief wait to be seated, passed the bar to a comfy raised cushion and tall backed booth. Server provided freshly made chips and salsa. We asked for specials but we’re told none. We asked for recommendations and he suggested the fajitas. We ordered the steak fajitas and arroz con pollo. Both are delicious and authentic. Coming from San Diego, we love our Mexican fare. Definite recommend. Takes Visa.
