The food was delicious and prepared quickly and the servers were very friendly and professional! We had two types of nachos chicken fajitas + veggies and the ground beef + cheese and guacamole, and everything was awesome! The floor seems to have water damage maybe from the decorative fountain? and the bathroom is a little rough, but it was a worthwhile visit.
"Taco Tuesday $0.99" I have to say I almost didnt stop bc I am traveling and on a time schedule but I was seated and served within 5 or 6 minutes. Autumn was my server she was very efficient and mindful to only check on me at the perfect times. The environment in the restaurant was comfortable and inviting. The hostess was careful when seating customers so as not to overload the servers of which they were fully staffed to serve everyone coming in for taco night. A delicious meal all in all in Eufala. I recommend all to try out El Jalisco as soon as you can for a wonderful meal.
Food here is fantastic. Got the Burrito Jalisco. It was loaded with steak and super delicious. Finished off with the churros. Those have to be the best churros I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes Mexican food. Parking: Plenty of street parking.
So. Let me give you some background on myself, I lived in Arizona, I've eaten at Mexian places all over the country and yet this is my favorite place. In Eufala, AL is the best Mexican place I've ever tried. So impressed! Our entire experience was tantalizing. We ate here three days in a row. We called pickup and also dined in. Not only does this restaurant have the best food, their customer experience and customer service is top tier. When we dined in, it was very busy and the organization amd communication in the restaurant seemed flawless. We remained full on chips and salsa and our food much faster than expected. Oh and the chips? Heavenly. The salsa? Absolute perfection. I still dream of their food and look back on my pictures to reminisce to a time when my taste buds and tummy were most happy and content in my entire life. Do not forget to ask for extra queso. "Get the Cheeseburger ", messy and delishious. This place has pretty good food, but its hard to compare when you live in HTX. I got an insider tip from a super sweet girl named Jessica working at the boutique across the street . "Get the Cheese Burger". I couldn't find it on the menu, so i just asked, WOW! Best $7 cheeseburger and fries I've had in some time.
Absolutely fantastic food and service! The atmosphere is great and the overall experience is excellent! I will definitely come back here next time I come down to visit family! The service was outstanding! I tried the quesadillas, chalupas, enchiladas, and tacos! Outstanding!
While visiting Eufaula for the first time, we had no less than 3 people tell us to eat at El Jalisco for a great meal. We arrived at 3pm and we were seated immediately. Our waitress Debbie showed up and took our drink order pretty quick. The medium top shelf Margaritas she brought us were enormous and delicious! See photos... Once we got our drinks however, it took a very long time to see the waitress again for our actual food order to be taken. I ordered a combo of chili relleno/ beef taco with rice and refried beans. The food was okay, but not great. Not the usual spice pizazz I am used to from traditional Mexican fare. I got a spice kick from the salsa that came with the chips though. My overall feeling is that we spent too much for the meal, but Debbie was delightful and accommodating and made a killer margarita. I will probably return one day when in the area, but stick to the lunch specials which are cheaper but not as flexible in choice selection.
Perfect meal of saluted onions in a cream sauce over the most tender chicken. Our dishes came with all the sides and tortias. Happy hour for $1.50 margaritas were delicious! Thank you for a terrific birthday dinner for my husband!
So.. I've been working 7 days a week for a few months. I wanted to take my family out to eat . This place was new to me . I liked it my kids loved it ! My wife really enjoyed herself too. Food was good . friendly staff as well. Good place for a relaxing Sunday afternoon.Food: 5/5
Up on arrival we got chips and salsa, the chips tasted like old oil, that was the first strike, salsa was ok after adding salt. None of our meals had any taste or flavor, after adding salt and pepper it was not to bad.
