El Jimador Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Love this restaurant! My family and I came and fell in love with Hosea. We have been here a few times and he is very attentive, impressionable, he talks and jokes with you. Makes you feel like family. We love going back whenever we can. Thank you Hosea.Food: 5/5

What a place!!! This was my first time here and I was also excited about the place and food. As soon as we made entry, we got the place to sit on high chairs. Server was attentive and every other staff member was so nice to customers. Atmosphere was really great. Bar section is pretty big in size. Talking about food, it was really amazing. Served very hot and quickly. I ordered some kind of Enchiladas Chicken, I don’t remember the exact name but it was really awesome. Served with salad and rice. My friend ordered some kind of Veg dish and he said it’s also good. Nachos and salsa are always my favorite. Quantity is also more than enough to one person. Overall I was very satisfied with the food. Love to visit again and again.

My first time trying this establishment, had a nice lunch here today. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well stocked. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful in making recommendations since it was our first visit. We were seated immediately upon entry, and given a nice helping of tortilla chips, their homemade red salsa and a spicy ranch dipping sauce, both were very good and not overly spicy. We enjoyed the Quesabirria Tacos corn shell served with a homemade consumme, grilled and raw onions and fresh cilantro, and a Camerones Don Juan served with pico de gallo, rice and black beans. Everything was served hot and fresh and in a timely manner. Will stop here again if in the area.

Hannah was the best server. Very kind and attentive. The cowboy dip was so cheesy! Fajitas were great but could have been hotter. Really good salsa and great Margheritas. Would definitely recommend this place.Food: 5/5

This is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant I have ever tried. I am a big fan of Mexican food, and have been to numerous places. We were traveling back from Florida to Maryland, and stopped here on the way to get food. The salsa's and food were superb!! Generous portions, a great menu, and excellent service. I got the chorizo queso and chicken and steak dinner fajitas, and the taste was absolutely phenomenal. The meat was tender and had juicy, with a tasty crust. The prices are great for this kind of quality of food. Highly recommend!

The service was bad and I'm not referring to the Language barrier. Our server came what felt like 10mins after we sat. He got us our drinks but didn't know anything about the liquors or the cocktail prices. I even got the wrong drink when I asked specifically. He was attempting to be attentive but bad overall. The food was great me and my friends had a good time. Definitely going to give it another go for sure.
