Quiet, clean, social distance precautions taken, friendly staff, like any other library they have study desks and group tables and lounge chairs. Bathrooms are as usual, ask for the key tho they're not at the front of the entrance, they're a bit further away. Wifi is open as long as you accept the terms which are typical. I usually park on the main street Tyler since it's within wifi distance. Star off since the actual parking lot is much too small & cramped which is quite a hassle, also not close enough to wifi signal.
I KNOW THE PARKING LOT IS BAD but, i like the computers and the staff is nice. I don't worry about the parking because of street parking. The only things I don't like is when some of the staffsome not all just keep on talking and they don't do their job and one is really mean. The homeless people can be scary sometimes toonot all i'm sorry. This is overall a good library. 8/10
Just the AC alone for free without buying anything is worth the five stars.
I come here frequently, its a nice place to study or relax. Its not very quiet, but it's bearable as everyone generally uses their indoor voice. Sometimes there will be people making a scene, which kind of makes the atmosphere uncomfortable at times. But it's a rare occurrence and easy to ignore.
A great peaceful place to study while around. Plenty of study spaces. Kids from the play area can be a bit noisy sometimes but it is mostly just fine. Provided parking is very limited but there are many street parking places nearby.
Was cool, quiet, and mostly serene. However you had need to request assistance to use the facilities there. Otherwise very nice...
Usually never have a problem with any of the staff. I've been coming for over 17 years. Seen a lot of changes but never have I been told that I can't use $20 to add money to my account because someone already paid with a $20. Apparently they're not allowed to collect "too many" large bills. Lady at the front desk said it's ok. That my job will sit in the printer all day and I can come back later to print it. So she basically solved my problem by adding another problem. So thank you. I gave a 4 because apart from that, the staff is usually wonderful and provide solutions and answers instead of adding more on.
I do like this library although the only inconvenient is that, in its website says is open on Monday "Martin Luther king" and it's not. Other than that, this library is a great place to study.
I've always loved going here since I was around 9 years old. They always help me when needed, and the events that they make are so fun. Thank you!
Im not a library person, but i can say on the wknds it tends to be very family oriented in all aspects, no pariking structure, i was very surprised go find a Wallace and Gromitt dvd in good condition
