South El Monte Library

As of right now, it's pretty quiet. Lunchtime is within the three hours that I go and stay there. Ive seen that the staff emphasizes the importance of social distance.

I come here for the 10 free black and white pages you can print out daily. I don't use it often, it's just nice not to have a printer at home. Books are good too tho I'm more of an ebook reader. There's someone at the front who I guess wants you to sanitize your hands with the sanitizer. Ask for permission to use bathroom. Not a lot of parking but it's a good quiet place to relax.

A great nice and clean place to study

I was there for 50 minutes and my computer was running out of time, I ask for more time and they refused to give me extra time

It would be appreciated if the staff would help control the noise levels. This is a library, and it is way too noisy. It's not only kids, but adults talking on their phones--staff as well, they need to use a lower register/indoor voices. I'm all for reading to kids, but does it have to be so loud? Trying to study here...!

It's huge, librarians are friendly, knowledgeable, & super helpful. Mostly, it's in a great location. Behind it, there's an awesome community center with a cool skate park, swimming pool and offer all kinds of neat stuff for kids; and to the side the SGV services center that among other things, offer food to those in need; and in front is City Hall. Parking is great because it's shaded by rows of solar panels. It's cool, peaceful, useful and a pleasure to visit

This is my favorite Library! Very nice and helpful staff! Really great book selection for me and my son. Never had a problem with anything here.

Its the best library the staff are realy nice they reamember your name and who you are and its a wonderfull place
