Now I know why many citizens of El Paso Texas police department hate them. I had a situation with one of my roommates his name is Alan Zambrano. He's 6'4" and is 27 years old and I am 5'9 and I am 58 year's old. The lady police officer said this guy Alan Zambrano has rights. This guy is very scary and unpredictable. Please don't rent this guy Alan Zambrano a bedroom. He will hurt you if you give him the chance. To the lady police officer I hope and pray you are never in a hopeless situation. Remember the bad guy has rights Miss. Lady police officer. I didn't receive service to protect me from the lady police officer. She was very rude and didn't care about my situation. I will never bother the El Paso Texas police department or officers never again. I will start to take care of myself Miss. Lady officer. You are not a people person. Neighbors had an party with extremely loud music. People were screaming and hollering. I called PD at 2:30am. No one came. Finally I called again at 4:30 and still no one came. I'd like to know where are all the police??? We didn't finally get to sleep until almost 5am. Police NEVER showed. But, they want to raise our taxes????
May God continue to protect the el paso police unit we have relative peace in el paso.The city is growing rapidly I pray the police won't change and become corrupt then they spread hate division sorrow and sadness. Any corrupt chief will never take charge in el paso... Nothing like peace love and tolerance in a community... THANK YOU. and the racist among this pd YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE .
If I could I'd leave you a zero stars. Called at 424 pm for a break in to my facility and 4 hours later still nobody has shown up.
I called for a welfare check for my father who has been traveling. The El Paso Police phone dispatchers were very professional and polite. Understanding of my concern. And the police officer was very quick on checking on him and calling me back. He was professional, polite and encouraging. He even charged my dad's phone for a few minutes which had been dead. Thank you all for your hard work and for giving me peace of mind.
Peggy at the front desk is always helpful. Can't say the same about the Records Division. The ladies at the Records Division Guadalupe Leff and Grace Rosales tend to be abrasive, especially the former. I frequent this department as an employee of a law office, but their attitudes have never changed or improved. Today I witnessed them handling a personal matter regarding a car payment and homeowners insurance while on duty after I was told "It was going to be a while" for me to obtain a couple of accident reports. It has gotten to the point where our office opts instead for dropping our requests off and picking them up later, so as not to deal with the clerks. The previous clerks, Abby and Eric, were much more professional, efficient, and helpful.
Called Headquarters spoke to woman Esparza reported police car unit C18058 today 12/17/19 @7:15am police did not stop to clear the barrel off the road I even swerved into his car to avoid barrel and he kept going he just wanted to go home. It's crazy how they are just after giving tickets and not looking out for our safety they just want our money! Ms. Esparza said I cannot report the cop who did not stop to clear the road that she would only take the complaint of the barrel on the road. Crazy how they cover for each other.
Driver was rude, car wasn't very clean. When I asked if he could please change the radio station I was told to shut up! But to top it all off, he didn't even take me to my destination, instead took me to the filthiest hotel I've ever been to! Last time I call these guys. From now on I will use Lyft!
Wow! So it appears that El Paso police feel that people are anti-American, anti-police, etc., etc., because people are videoing places that Google Earth has already made public for all to see! People have started taking videos of places - including taxpayer funded government buildings from public access areas & videoing police interactions due to the infringement on citizens' constitutional rights! Get real El Paso police! Y'all need to follow the constitution which y'all have promised to uphold!
