El Paso Police Northeast Regional Command

Do not travel to El Paso. If a crime is committed you, your vehicle goes missing, etc- they won't do anything about it. My dad died in El Paso and his truck went missing near Del Sol Medical Hospital. My dad also had 10 firearms missing. They passed me back and forth for several months, giving me different directions each time. Got them to say in writing this morning they need a courtesy report from KY law enforcement. I sent that to our state police. El Paso PD even asked me to ask my dead dad where he parked his truck. What do they suggest I do, use a Ouija board??? Can't even file an insurance claim on my dad's truck unless there's a police report. Just don't travel to El Paso period. You're not safe there.

Very nice cops. They made sure the handcuffs wasn’t too tight. Officers had very great conversation. Cars are very spacious you can move around. Definitely will get arrested by them again.

We are in the Neighborhood Watch Program due to suspicious drug activities in our neighborhood. Every time we called PD their response was pretty fast, between 5 to 15 minutes. PD gang unit arrested people as well as EPCSO arrested 2 felons previously in the same house. Good job officers!! Thank you very much for your service!! From: Northeast neighborhood.

I had 2 times an experience call 911 one time I waited 4 hrs no one came , and next day I went personally to police department ,the detective who was assigned to my case did nothing closed case with no investigation ?? second time called police they replied after more 15 min and they did not show up , I had call non emergency line after an hr.....it is so frustrating when you ask police to protect you and no one care. in march 2016i had safe box in Chase Bank 5209 Wren AVE el paso tX the contented of safe box was robbed while it is in that bank this is when I called police they did not show up , next day I went to northeast police department detective Robert was assigned she did not do any investigation she did report and case closed , detective Robert refused open case or any help ……. how can el paso safe when detective dose not do effort help

Called police asking for assistance and they never showed up. Called again and the dispatch told me they had already went and closed the case when they never showed up. They're very quick to give you a citation, but they won't help you out! It's happened to me twice already. And most people see them as heroes. It's very sad. They're really earning a bad reputation.

Customer service is horrible. And to get background check well if they ever open. Need to do better in fixing them working hours. Fine 0700 to early but 0800 should be a decent time. They say it's open at 0900 then I'm given a different time. I just hope when it come to actually getting what I need it works out but based on the reviews I'm expecting the worst. I gave one start because not giving one is not an option.

They really are the laziness police department in El Paso. If you have an emergency it will take them several hours to do their job. Sad what the police force has become lately.

I got thrown down by a female officer while I was in handcuffs. I'm pretty sure I got a concussion.
