El Paso Police Dept-Pebble Hills

Terrible service with no interest. Called in because I legit saw my neighbors apartment get broken into, had the dude stay there without my neighbor, the cops showed up, questioned him, believed him, and left him there. He is literally breaking and entry and the cops let him stay there and I have never seen this man live there! My neighbor is a single white woman with a child and now some foreign black man is there. GREAT SERVICE!

So my mom got hit by a cop all they gave her was a case number. Failed to give her more information here I am 2 weeks later trying to gather information for her. Because these officers aren't responsible for their actions cause they where distracted. I've called an all I get is an answering machine this is the worst ! Our tax dollars pay your salaries and this is how you guys work pathetic.

My experience as a whole was totally unexpected from the initial stop to the eventual processing of a warrant. The two officers that I came into contact with were very professional and made what otherwise would be a stressful situation easier to handle. When I say unexpected, what I mean is that we tend to have preconceived notions as to how we are dealt with by our Police Departments. I am pleased to report that is not the case, officers will treat you with respect and courtesy if you give them the same. Thank you for a job well done.

I really like to thank the officers that showed up last to advise us that our garage door was opened. Appreciate your attention to detail and keeping the community safe..

I,ve been trying to get an accident report for 12 days now, when i go there, the clerck just asks, have call you yet? I said no, i was going to try to explain that is been 12 days, and she had told me that it takes 3 to 4 days, and she said, well, if we havent call you, then is not ready, very rude manners to deal with public, that pays her salary,. I finally was able to get my police report ater 16 days of the accident, after a bunch of excuses anot very good answers, when nobody knew why it was taking too long, the only person that was able to help me was Sgt. Carrillo, thank you he was the only one that gave me more information, i do have a lot of respect f or police, but when it comes to getting a report, is a headache, 16 days to get my report, on top of the rude attitude of the receptionist. Thats unnnacceptable.

Posting for anon: “They were very gentle when they arrested me, didn’t even feel the handcuffs being put on. Patrol vehicle smelled of fresh Gardenia and not like donuts as previously assumed. While reading my rights, it was as if he was a narrator for a telenovela. Overall, highly professional. Will get arrested by them again, for certain.”

Called and they showed no interest in my case and no filings can be reported tilll tuesday???, I thought law enforcement were supposed to be serious about there jobs .

If I could give no stars I would. I called about a noise complaint at 1230 at night. Some neighbor playing loud noise with bass. I understand it is not an emergency but 30 minutes later I called again and they said it will take a couple of hours for them to show up. Really! Useless excuse for police officers. And by the way the station is only maybe three minutes from my house.

I called this station to report a missing person. I was calm and stated the issue to a male individual who answered the phone. There was a lot of noise in the background, and I could barely make out his "hello...." when he picked up. He asked me "do you have any idea where he is?" and I started to give him that information when he hung up. If you're concerned about your safety or are trying to report anything, try another station because this one doesn't care.

Just to let you know that we are praying and praying hard for the El Paso police department, for them to acquire knowledge and guide from God to take good decisions. On my side my neighbor was to ”kill” my self and they couldn’t do anything becouse I didn’t have no video evidence. After that, he also insulted my daughter and my grandkids 5 and 3 years old, but since we didn’t have again no video evidence, no help at all. Oh well, my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ asked me to pray for my authorities and we have to keep on doing it. Blessings. Ps. Have no clue who to talk besides this office, never had a problem like this. If this continues, will move away from greater El Paso area. Been here since 1996. Probably NM or CO, God knows, blessings and keep El pasostrong.
