El Patio Motel

Location is not bad it's right across the street from Walmart and a convenience store. Customer service was wonderful. I had the wonderful pleasure of staying there for 6 months unfortunately. It's not as bad as it looks however there is a lot of traffic and the rooms are small for what you're paying. Laundromats 24 hours but only two washers work if you're lucky. Mainly you just can't get stuck there because 850 a month doesn't leave you much wiggle room with a solo income to get something else. Do not recommend it if you have children. Do not recommend it if you are in rehabilitation.

They are trying. But lots of vagrants and homeless. Had much stolen. Felt I was disrespected by new employee. Was disrespected by her. But issue was dealt with....she is so much prettier when she says please and thank you. Was entertaining 2 months to say the least.Rooms: 4/5

It's loud, the rooms are a dump it's funny how they try to mask that fact. No baths... Shower only... And ur lucky if u can turn around in the shower they are so small. Heater worked, that was a plus. All in all, u get what you pay for. Except if you stay extended. Priced too high for what they offer.

For the price it was really good but don't promise something and not deliver. I stayed longer than 1 month for work and they promised 2 services a week on certain days. Sometimes they did not deliver. Plus there are long haul stayers here that don't know how to control themselves always yelling right out front of your door. They don't bother you besides the yelling and tweaking.

From the owner to the amazing staff, I could not have asked for better treatment. Very professional and accommodating. I stayed here for a couple of months while in Tx, and will certainly use them again when in town Rooms are clean, well stocked. It's very quiet and close to everything. Lots of company folks and a few medical professionals staying here. Not the old El Patio. Very new and richly improved. Glad I took a friends suggestion and gave them a chance. Can not beat the price.

I've been here almost 3 weeks for work and I haven't found any problems. The newly remodeled room with tile floor is nice and clean. The housekeeping​is super nice, they left me another pillow this week bonus Anything I ask for, they give it. The girls at the front desk are super nice, and the owner is on site often. They look to be remodeling many rooms too. I was worried about saftey because of the age of the motel and the cheap price, but they keep security on site at night. Noone has messed with my truck or anything. Quiet, clean, and regular pest control. I would recommend anyone staying here on a budget. My room is nice, clean, and cool. Cons: no pool, parking lot could be a bit tidier, and the laundry could use an update. But that said, this is Very affordable place to stay and none of those things have inconvenienced me.

One can tell that they have spent a great deal of money on the remodel, rooms are clean nice vanity's, I love tiled floors and showers so much cleaner than carpet. Great price for what you get. The staff is very kind & professional specifically Marcos he should be in charge he gets things done such a diligent tenacious conscientious worker. The only complaint I have is the laundry room: When you walk in its plain to see it does not receive the sanitary attention it should have on a perhaps daily or consistent manner. The floors and washers are dusty and dirty with dryer sheets all over the floor and table. Obviously one needs to disinfect washers prior to use, as a rule I use disinfectant spray to disinfect the inside and disinfectant wipes to wipe down the outside of washer and tables prior to use. Be careful not to drop your clothes on the floor. I have used the laundry room twice I voice a complaint after 1st use but it fell on deaf ears.

Feels like a family here. You get what you pay for, I know a lot of people expect a motel to run like a 5 star resort but that will not happen it’s just not realistic. For the price I paid for the room the service was excellent.Rooms: 5/5

I personally do not like this place. It has been remodeled and still run down need new towels and Bedding curtains are from 1970. Ugly.. Now new owners and they do not treat staff well at all and very rude too .washers and dryers are junk even the new ones are junk.. Bed bugs OMG every where and cheap hotel brings nasty ppl in to do there dirty worth. Electricity always going out. I have friends that work here, I dont see how they can do it I do not recommend staying here unless you dont have any other options. Oh TV are 1970 also.

Very nice staff, if you have a problem they will not hesitate to fix it right away or move you rooms. Right across the streets from walmart and other residential shopping it is a good location. They try to keep things quiet for everyone and the rooms are quaint and homely. Lost a star because hotel cleaning staff weren't doing their job properly but the owner called me directly and ensured it would be handled so 5 stars for really caring.
