San Angelo Lodge

Can’t review this place without giving them at least one star… I booked a room for two nights $122.04 was the total.. and arrived bout 3am and the office was locked, nobody came out the back or the sides to let me in, then they wouldnt answer the phone in the office. I had to sleep in my truck in the parking lot!!! Now they won’t answer their phone or emails. Their avoiding me and all I want is my money back!

Been here a close to 2 months and haven't had any issues . Been wanting to talk with owner about maybe doing some of their plumbing work if needed since that's what I do for a living but not sure how to go about it...anyway staff is great only met owner a few times but seems nice and haven't had any issues with any of the other guest there. I stayed here before years ago and had some shady people staying there but now it seems to be much better and all staff are friendly and very helpful in any way possible...I might be here for a while while trying to find a house....would recommend to others due to respectful staff...no issues what so ever...I'm comfortable here so far.

This place is the worse place I've ever rented from. Last night I watched them kick out the quietest guy they had renting from them. And they did it because he helped watch the maintenance man's clothes after they fraudulently kicked him out. They are racist or just bad business people.Rooms: 1/5

The staff is very welcoming & accommodating. The room was better than I expected and better than some fancy hotels I've stated with. Throughout my stay never had a problem with anything. The price was exactly what I needed & never fluctuated. I would stay again & recommend this place to anyone.Rooms: 5/5

Still here for few months now and have had no problems with management/owner or any staff . Always very respectful and professional. Currently still here and probably be until I get my income tax to put down on purchase on a forever home for my family. All the staff are very friendly and respectful to me my wife and our kids. Never had any issue whatsoever so I would recommend above other way worse places....10 stars.. Safety: They have security at night Walkability: Wal-Mart across the street

The staff at the econolodge , San Angelo, Texas is what makes or breaks an establishment. They have proved to be exceptional beyond reproach. Super friendly and I would like to mention Tasha's name for without her helping us I don't know what I would have done. Thank you for all the extra time and help.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms have roaches, looks like tweakers decided to shop at target to decorate. Had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to show up and help us get the key to our reserved room, then had to wait another 20 because the first two key cards they gave us didn't work.the outdoor pool has been filled with dirt. Seriously I'd take a park bench in the middle of a snow storm than ever have to even look at this place again. Only plus side were the half used needles and stray cats fighting in the dirt filled pool. I've heard of ratchet but then there's whatever this place is. Don't stay here

I've stayed here several times and the staff and owner are always courteous and helpful. If there is anything wrong with the room, which is rare, they take care of the problem promptly or they give me a better room. Once I was a little shy if money to get the number of nights I needed to stay there and they worked with me! No other hotel had ever done that for me. I will always be grateful to the staff here and recommend this place to anyone.

Looking at the photos on line it is made out to look nice, clean and up to date. The photos were from years back or of a different place. Once we got there it was anything but. Pool was terrible with trash and dirty water. The room had the bare essentials. TV didn't work. No room phone. The mattress dipped on one side as if a slat was broken. Then on top of that very noisy. Up grades need to be made and spend a bit on little extras. At least staff was nice and efficient.

Good stay. i got what I expected. Clean room with bathroom items provided soap towels, etc. Had a " lack luster" stay a few months ago but the new management team this stay was a noticeable improvement. The location. the price, and the comfort are exactly what we were looking for. Thanks... we'll be backRooms: 4/5
