El Primo Mexican Restaurant Lawrenceville

The waitress was really nice and the prices were reasonable. They also have alcohol. I got the California burrito. It was huge. It tasted okay but my food came out cold. My husband Chicken enmolatas. He enjoyed his food. The chicken soup is delicious. We also enjoyed the salsa that came with the chips. The location is an odd spot but for the price that we paid, I would definitely try them again. The place was also very clean.

The place has nice ambience and the server was welcoming but the poor lady was severely understaffed all by herself with the cooks. The ground beef had very little to it. You could get a loaf of chuck and sprinkle some lemon pepper and garlic powder and that's literally all you will taste. The Verde salsa was bland and also given very sparingly. The cheese was way too sharp...comparable to easy mac. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because my partner said the ceviche was OK...but is that saying much?

Excellent food -- really the best Mexican food I've ever had. Their salsa is excellent also. Cute atmosphere with wonderful outside tables. It has the feel of a family-owned and operated restaurant.

I was reluctant when I pulled up because there was no one else there. Decided to take a chance.. the waitress were very friendly and the food is really good! I ordered the steak quesadilla.. steak was cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned well..I'm really amazed this place doesn't get as much traffic as it should..

Perfectly fresh made salsa! The steak quesadilla was incredible. Definitely a perfect spot for lunch. Thank you for accommodating our pups on the patio

Absolutely delicious horchata. Lawrencevilles best kept Mexican food secret- hard to find but well worth the effort. Service and atmosphere excellent as well
