El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant

This is my serious go to place for everything good. Juan, Leslie, and the whole team is awesome! UPDATE: 7/5/2023 Still the best in the area that I've encountered. I always try new places that offer the same food, though none come close for food quality, quantity, or service.

I’ve been eating here for years and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. Came here for lunch on 9/24/23 around 11:30, ordered one of the lunch specials. Everything was cold. My cheese burrito was ice cold, the cheese inside wasn’t even melted. The cheese dip for some reason tasted like burnt plastic. Salsa had way too much cilantro. I’m not one who likes to cause a scene or complain so I just ate it anyway, but it will probably be a while before we go back, I was pretty disappointed. I hope it was just an off day for them.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Order taco came out cold. Told the waitress food was cold she ask do you want another one. She brought out a hot one, and all it was was a taco shell and some hamburger meat. Nothing else. He had to take the cheese from the cold taco and put it on the warm one. My fajitas was not hot and the chicken and beef was dry . Order an appetizer. Got our food, I had to ask for the appetizer. Waitress never checked to see if we needed anything. Water had a bad taste and told our waitress.

Good food. Decent variety although they lack the more authentic choices found at taquerias. Also, they use only 1 tortilla for their tacos and they fall apart quicker than you can eat them. They also have wireless but no password for the guests.

Typical Mexican restaurant that has gone through a few too many hands, as atmosphere goes but this is the best food I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant. Never greasy and very very tasty. Waitstaff isn't super strong on their English but they are very responsive!Food: 5/5

Ate lunch today. So so meal for 2 almost 50$ . Hawaiian fajitas not fresh. Tasted like left overs. Pineapples from a can. Margaritas weak. Just yuck. I'm not picky but this was awful.

Thought we would try this based on the reviews read and the years in business. Have to say we were really disappointed. Ordered the enchiladas ranchitos which said it came with 5 enchiladas all with different fillings and well the enchiladas were raw and only got 4. Only the chicken enchilada was filled properly. Also ordered the carnitas which had no flavor. Served with rice and beans and a salad which had we known I would not have gotten the salad. Also carnitas is pork chunks with onions and what we got was pernil otherwise known as shredded pork . If it wasn't for the onions. There would be no taste. Really disappointed. Owner responded with we finished our plates and we won. It was take out and had no idea until we got home and unpacked the food . So no we did not win . We lost. Parking: Plenty of parking as the mall is mostly vacant.

Bro I’m telling you everytime I come here the food is so good. It also has great service. Great place to go for a good and quick meal!

The food was good, fish seasoned well and shrimp needed more. The waitress was great, very attentive and nice.Food: 5/5

This place has the absolute best Mexican food in the tri cities area. Service is excellent, facilities are very clean, and the food is delicious and at a great price. Definitely recommend this place over any other Mexican restaurant around.Food: 5/5
