El Toro bar and grill Vandalia

Interior does not match the run down vibe of the plaza. We received our food very quickly. Service was top notch. Portions were generous. Vegetarian options: Dishes containing meat may be substituted for beans.

I order Caldo de Pollo “chicken soup “ is one of The best tasting soup that I had in a while, “besides home!” Frijoles Charros, muy Buenos!!!, the Flan was delicious! Chips and salsa “Great” plenty of avocado lemon and pico de gallo!!! Loved it!!! Will Remember El Toro, next time I come thru. They were definitely having an off night as the chips were stale. I told our waiter he said that's all they had and the food was not hot. I don't understand this is usually one of the best Mexican restaurants around

It was ok. First time going and we went on Taco Tuesday. $1.50/taco. I feel like it took longer than it should have. Getting seated, ordering drinks, getting the drinks and starting the order and getting our appetizers and food. I will admit, even though their tacos only have meat, cheese and lettuce it was pretty decent. Honestly though it made me want taco bell for more flavor. Wouldn't pay more than a $1.50 for the tacos. Boyfriend had a burrito and he liked it a lot and the price was fair.

Sorry I ate half the Taco before I took the photo. Yet all the food was excellent. I will most definitely eat here again if I am ever in the area. Thank you El Toro for a great experience.

Today I was there to celebrate my dear friend 40th anniversary we had a party with about 30 plus people and the service was outstanding the food was absolutely delicious and we had so much fun the staff the owner was so friendly I know I personally will go back there again and encourage all my friends to eat there as well what a great experience!!

I chose the chilaquiles and it was amazing. The plates were full, the food was tasty and yummy. I really like the place, I'll come back
