I absolutely love to come here to eat. Every chance I get to I do. Definitely recommend! Very clean and very friendly staff. Had a new young waitress this evening and I have to say she was doing a fantastic job. Kuddos to the waitress training her tonight! Definitely need more waitresses like those two ladies.

Outta all these years this place has been here, today was my first time eating here for lunch. I ordered the roast beef taco and chicken taco salad. I really didn't care for the soft taco, as it was too mushy but everything else, was DELICIOUS! I know I will be returning again soon. Thanks

My favorite place to eat!!  Staff is super friendly and always happy to see you!  John and his wife have created a great little restaurant!! Would and have recommended to everyone I know! Food is anazing!

Been a long time since 1989 customer. Followed them from their original location on 13th Street to Alachua, and have been known to make an 80mile trip there. Highly recommend getting salsa and chips to go so you can continue to enjoy.Food: 5/5

El Toro in Alachua.  Food was good. Sorry the tea was too sweet. The service was ok! Took 5 minutes to set. Then another 10 to get waitress. What was wrong when a couple came after us. Got service before us. An no it was not a full place. More employees than customers.

This is a nice place the atmosphere is relaxed. The service is outstanding and the food was tasteful. Definitely will be visiting the establishment again.Food: 5/5

Service is top notch greeting with a smile. Took me awhile to decide from their large menu choices. Taste great true Mexican food

Stopped for lunch about a week ago and was quite impressed. The food was great, and so was the service! They were quick to accommodate my party of 9, and our server took wonderful care of us!
