I saw a lot of people comment on the chips, I went at 12:30 in the afternoon and the chips were really good. So it's probably hit and miss The restaurant was clean. It wasn't super busy. I was the third person in line and it went fairly quickly. The food was good as always. The staff were really pleasant. Spacious seating area. No problems with parking. I didn't get to see the bathrooms. Vegetarian options: Eating vegetarian at Moe's means leaving the meat out of your bowl or burrito or fajita. I don't know that there are any vegetarian dishes.
This quite possibly is the worst representation of this company I have ever been in. I don't understand how you're supposed to run one of these restaurants and constantly be out of product. Simple things like sour cream or lettuce or mushrooms. By the way they've stated that they're no longer going to do mushrooms. I don't know if this is a chain decision or just that managers decision. Not to mention don't look for a clean place to sit down and eat because every time I'm in there the tables and floors and chairs are filthy. I don't understand how corporate hasn't shut this location down. Not to mention their bathrooms reek. I understand it's a bathroom but it smells like it hasn't been clean since it's been opened. And looks about that way too. And I don't think I'd be nearly as outraged if there wasn't a grocery store 500 ft from their door. It tells me that they just don't care enough to serve their customers what they're paying for. I mean for Christ sakes, you go in there with a family of four and you're paying $50-$60 easily. You be doing yourself a better favor by going to the Taco Bell that is less than a mile away.
This was my first time eating Moe's Southwest. I ordered a salad with no guacamole- I got guacamole. I ordered jalapeno peppers-no jalapeno. I wanted NO sour cream- got sour cream. The dressing was awful. The Adobe chicken was the best thing. I will not be back. It did not even look appetizing. My co-workers orders were not quite right either. Come on guys- Do better..
This would be the first time I had Moe's. It was delicious. I had the rice bowl with steak and queso cheese and nachos. The only thing I can say is that they can put some salt on the nachosFood: 5/5
The atmosphere was amazing. I just wished it was not as cold as it was in there. That's the only reason I took 2 stars away. I was freezing trying to eat my food. The staff that was there at the time was very nice. I will come back just next time bring about 4 jackets . I saw a girl in after me in some short shorts I feel so bad for her. She is about to freeze her legs off.
Staff was very attentive. Food was as you expect. Nothing special. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and focused on service.Food: 4/5
Food is consistent, service is usually slow. Tables are usually dirty. But it’s what you would expect .Food: 4/5
Honestly, the food was amazing, the gentleman was nice, the young lady vas very polite, and the inside was clean and quiet. We had build your own burritos, and they were huge. Definately worth the money. Vegetarian options: Tofu available on the menu which was amazing btw, veggie only burrito available Kid-friendliness: They do have kid options on the menu.
We ordered, bowls were all ice cold, rice was cold, meat was cold, all of it. We got three chips and salsa and received no salsa. Got it to go or I would have asked them correct my order. Disappointed.
Moe's Monday, is no longer, unless you have their app. Cilantros, across the street is better for the same $. Or Tijuanna Flats still offers taco Tues./burrito thurs. combo deals WITHOUT an app!
