Elaine's Attic

We visited here during the 2023 Carolina Shop Hop. It's a very nice little store and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was so disappointed when I called Elaine's Attic to inquire about purchasing a Juki sewing machine. The woman who answered the phone she did not identify herself was very curt and her answers were short and she sounded irritated. After my 3rd question, I asked her if I was imposing on her and she told me I had called after hours 4:30pm. Side note: if it was after hours why did she answer the phone and why be rude to a customer? She then answered my 3 questions with a condescending tone. This makes me sad because Elaine's Attic is the closest Juki dealer to me and I was hoping to purchase my machine there but based on how I was treated over the phone, I will find another shop that is welcoming and wants to sell me a machine.

Super cute quilt store...lots of great samples to see! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely visit again!

Great quilt shop, very friendly and most helpful classes.

Our first visit to this quilt shop today was a blessing! I’m not a quilter but went there to pick up a pattern for a friend. The lady that work there today on Saturday went beyond unbelievable customer service! She and another loyal customer stopped what they were doing to show us the quilts that were made and hanging in the shop. They teach sewing and quilting classes here too! If I was a quilter this shop would definitely be my go-to store!

Was just browsing but there was a fair amoubt of cloth. They offer long arm service. 3 or 4 ladies were there working on quilting projects

Can't wait to go back. They have so many projects to participate in; retreats, quilts for Black Mtn Children's Home, plus lots more.

Love this quilt store, All are greeted when they walk in and are willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Can't say enough about them. Awesome people

Owner is very nice love her shop, dropped off a quilt to be quilted will see how it turns out may have a new Long Arm Quilter.
