Run do not walk away from this park they charge you $50 per adult for a back ground check to still allow two different child predators move it to the family park. They do not take care of the ground or drainage that has lead to the destruction of my property. The manager is a lying theft from other owners an is on camera entering people property with out permission. Do not waist your hard earned money with people who will endanger your children for profit.

The lady running this is unprofessional and rude we came all the way from Oregon to get a better start after 40 years of misery only to get more. I can't wait to get out of this park the owner seriously needs to find someone professional because she's not. DON'T move into this park you will regret it.
Idk why so many bad reviews.? Some of you owners need to take care of your home and property & clean up a bit. Ive seen worse.!!!! Mhp this one is clean & decent.! The office manager is very nice and helpful I have nothing but good things to say about her.!! & like someone said there are nosey people & gosh everyone knows everyone’s business that is a Nono for me. But other then that can’t complain grounds are. clean & uptodate pool is always clean laundry room is always clean when I need to use.. but other then that can’t complain.
According to various residents there, the park manager is unprofessional and should be replaced with pleasant, honest and fair management. No renter should be harassed by a landlord or forced out of their home because a parks manager has personal resident preference, any personal prejudice against a renter is illegal!
Nice place from what I seen. Guess their full for more people to come there. Prices seem pretty decent as well
Elderado!!! Wow. Havent bren thete in 20 years maybe even more. I lived there as a kid for a couple years. Met some life long friends there kieth, Rod, Adam, Henery, Buddy nick n kimmie ect... Seems so small now. It brings back alot of memories some good some bad. Over all it seems very well maintained.
My kids just moved here. I have been here twice. The grounds are well maintained. The management has been helpful. The pool looks great!
