Placed my order online for a DVD player, which was easy enough still had to register, even though I really wanted to just sign on as a guest, but be that as it may, I pulled up to have my order brought to me and it said that it was only available to pick up inside the store so I did have go in the store. as I suspected, they’re just as tied up as everyone else not being able to get enough employees at this time, that’s why I still gave them a five star rating because it’s beyond their means to fix...The gal was really helpful. She just scanned my phone and handed me my DVD. Hooking it up was easy as 123 so the product was very nice. It’s a Sony DVD Blu-ray with built in Wi-Fi, which I have not been able to set up yet due to not having Internet because I am at my camper. I am sure that it has many other features that I haven’t been able to explore yet I will update.

Called me out of nowhere, after not interacting with this store priorly during my issue, to claim that could resolve an issue I was having at another sure. Double and triple assured me that it would all work out easily if I took the extra drive time out to their location today. Well I went there, told their staff exactly what I was told on the phone by their own team an hour prior, and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. This disingenuous company is bordering on a scam at this point. I won't ever shop at any Best Buy location after this extremely negative customer experience. Oh, and this was all after geek squad damaged my device during a routine repair and refuse to fix the pieces they destroyed.

I can't help but think best buy could be so much better...today while several people asked if they could help us, both times the app had more answers then the employee. a simple ask of, is there something else comparible in this range? and they really didn't know.

Best Buy is always a great time! The employees have always been cool people, so much so that I've wanted to work here! During my last visit I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked me what I was looking for today. You just don't get that level of customer service these days... Except at Best Buy! It's always my first stop for video games, movies and tech stuff they have ALL the cables and adapters!!

I purchased a laptop 14 months ago for 970.00. So 2 weeks ago it would not turn on. So I tried to call best buy in warwick where I purchased it. I could not get through to the store they kept putting me to thr call center so I drove up to the store. I asked for the store manager and talked to her and she asked if I had a extended warranty I told her no .I said for 1000.00 it should not need one. She send me to the sales floor with a salesperson and he offered me the same price any person could get. I dropped off the laptop with the geek squad and they sent it out. I got email from them telling me that it was going to cost 902.00 to fix! So I got the laptop back and send it out to Dell to get it fixed. They emailed me and told me to fix it for 122.00 BEST BUY SUCKS!!!!! Shop Amazon

I had to return something I bought after the 15 days so they gave me a gift card. I tried to use it to buy a game gift card for my granddaughter and was informed that I was not able to purchase it. Then I went to buy an iron in the store and they they don't sell them in the store, I have to buy it online. I don't think I will be going to Best again. Not a good experience.

Installed my TV and the installer put a big hole in the wall. A year later, I still can’t get a hold of anyone even after they say, someone will call you within 24 hours. A year later!

Meh. I drove specially this place for the 4th of July sales. I didn't find the prices all that good and couldn't get anyone to help me buy a TV. So I bought one online from a different vendor. The store is okay I guess but they've got a bit to learn about customer service.

Great selection of computers and electronics. Nice helpful staff. Went there to use Logitech recycling offer - really a great deal. I brought old computer accessories, and a couple of old phones that needed recycling, and got 20% off a new Logitech MX Keys S keyboard. Everything was smooth and easy. No lines, quick in and out.

Had the worst experience of my life at this place on Sunday July 16th. The manager that was closing was extremely rude, racist, and called me a liar, raised and his voice at me. Saying that he has worked there for 10 years and new the policy. Clearly he did not, I bought a TV online that was delivered a few days ago. They did not open the box to check the tv. I went to set up the TV on Saturday, when I turn the tv on, I noticed it was cracked. The manager stated that the tv was delivered fine and that I broke it. Online and on the app the policy says I had 2 weeks to return or exchange for damages. Won’t be coming here ever gain and save your self a trip in this filthy place.
