Our technical staff are only available M-F 9am-6pm. Repairs can be dropped off and picked up anytime we are opened. Sales staff are always available.
We know the new Apple Store is cool and hip, but sometimes driving to the mall, finding a parking space, then waiting in line can be a real drag if you simply have a question or two. Never-mind having to carry your computer there for service.
At TRICOM we’re here to help, offering you answers to your questions on Apple products, as well as PC repairs onsite service, and phone support we even offer some services that the Apple Store doesn't, all with no waiting and no parking hassles.
We consider ourselves a hybrid company. A cross between a retail store and consulting firm. Our inventory is based on products we test, use and enjoy ourselves. We stand behind what we sell and if we can’t answer your questions about it then it’s not on our shelves.
Service is the main product we sell, about 80% of our business is service based. From a simple wireless network for a home user to the deployment of needs testing program deployed across a school district.
Once an Apple only store we now find that many users have a mixed platform of computers. Our specialty is getting Windows and Macintosh computers to function well together.
