Best boutique ever!!!! Alex is spot on with her sizing information!!! Have I received something that didn’t fit me right, yes but that’s not their fault! Some things just don’t look good on me or fit right on me, and that’s ok! I have followed the return policy and it was a quick easy process! I also know that some things are final sale when I bought them, as she will say over and over, FINAL SALE. If it doesn’t fit right, then I give them as gifts. 99.9% of the time my items are absolutely perfect because of the fit advice. I will forever recommend them to every lady I know for their clothes!!! Alex and Matty thank you and your team for everything you all do for us everyday and night! You all are amazing!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely love Freckled Poppy!!! Have purchased an entirely new wardrobe over the last few months from them. Matty and Alex are amazing! They stock so many staples and fashion forward items from well made manufacturers and provide top notch fit advice too. So many new items every day. Love this boutique! The clothes are amazing quality. The customer service is top tier. Alex's fit sizing/descriptions of clothes is absolutely spot on. I have NEVER been able to order jeans online and have ordered at least 8 pair of perfect fits. I also love their vibe/energy. Alex and Matty are so fun to watch and I love how much they love their business and customers and how they let us into their lives.
Absolutely love this site! You can tell that they really care about their customers. They are very transparent about their purchasing, shipping, and returns. Freckled poppy hands down has the BEST customer service I have ever seen. I have emailed on certain occasions and have always had an extremely pleasant experience and they have always been kind, understanding, and willing to help. They also have the BEST fit advice. I don’t buy jeans from anywhere else because of how accurate they are. I have never once had to return a pair due to their advice. They are the best and kindest people around. If you ever are looking to support a business, freckled poppy is the route to go! Just remember to read the “read me” section, everything you possibly would want to know is there but if you have to email I can guarantee you will get a welcoming and kind response! Freckled poppy is and will always be my go to for a wonderful shopping experience!! Also, I have been a shopper since before they opened freckled poppy and I have never once had a bad experience!
I love this boutique!! While I’ve only been shopping here for a year, all of my jeans have been replaced with Freckled Poppy. Alex gives the best and detailed fitting advice for all clothing but especially for the jeans. I feel sexy and confident in the jeans I own because they flatter and hug all the right places. The owners are friendly, helpful, and hilarious. Sometimes, I don’t buy anything but just join for the entertainment. While the owners try to assist everyone who asks a question, they typically have over 1k people on a live which makes it hard to attend to everyone. So they try to be helpful by having most questions asked by being answered in the “Read Me” section. You can’t blame a boutique for sticking to a policy that is clearly written and even mentioned many times. Allow them to keep selling us all the goodies and you do your part and follow policy/procedure and you’ll have an enjoyable experience and look cute at the same time. Alex, Matty, & kiddos, thank you for allowing me to be apart of your lives!
Freckled Poppy is one of the best online boutiques around! They truly have the best customer service, and they ALWAYS go above and beyond! Even more, they are incredibly size inclusive! I shopped here when I was a size 22/24 and I continue to shop here now that I am a size 10/12. My closet is full of FP and I always feel confident in their clothes! This is hands down the best boutique I have ever shopped at. I have shopped here for years and will not buy clothing anywhere else. Every boutique has their own rules and policies and they are 100% transparent about theirs and its pinned everywhere - the only way to miss it is if you purposely choose to ignore it.
