Glass Bottled Organic Cold Pressed Juice, Smoothies, Nut Milks, Acai Bowls, Raw Vegan Food, Raw Desserts, Microgreens

Description

Elements Real Food is a locally grown Asheville company dedicated to producing high quality, nutrient dense, organic "Real Food." We (Zack and Jenni) started our business as a food trucked called Roaming in the Raw in the summer of 2013. The demand quickly grew for our glass bottled, cold pressed juices and in the spring of 2015 we opened our first brick and mortar location on Liberty Street in Asheville, North Carolina.

We offer the best cold pressed juice, smoothies, superfood nut milks, raw vegan food and desserts Asheville has to offer. All of our ingredients are organically grown and we are huge supporters of many of the amazing local farms that we are so fortunate to have in our area. We grow all of our own microgreens in a greenhouse we built from old recycled windows. We use our microgreens in many of our menu items and we also sell them by the pound or the tray. Our newest and most ambitious food project is our Elements Chef Box. We intend to revolutionize the way people shop for and prepare meals at home by offering our chef boxes, which consist of all the ingredients needed to prepare a 100% organic, gourmet meal at home without the hassle of spending hours in the grocery store reading labels then washing and drying produce all before you even start cooking. Our Elements Chef Boxes come with prepped and washed veggies, the perfect amount of pre portioned spices, and step by step instructions as well as online video tutorials so even the most inexperienced chef can prepare a healthy, delicious, gourmet meal.

Let me first say I am not a Vegan. My friend is and she chose the lunch spot! I chose the Mushrooms Banh Mi sandwich that came with sweet potato salad. The sweet potato salad was not over sweet but surprising to me- so full of flavor!!!!!!! The sourdough baguette was really really tough to eat, hard and not.easy to bite through. However, every single thing inside was simply phenomenal ! Just WOW! I did taste her beet sandwich which I surprisingly found refreshing and super yummy. We shared the Chickpea Caesar Salad, and I couldn't get enough. I would not hesitate to go back. We also bought a 6 pack of their juices home along with puppy treats. The place was super clean and absolutely PACKED! as we.left. they brought out a cheesecake! We.will go back. You don't have to be Vegan to eat here for sure.
My husband and I went here on a hot day when we wanted a cold smoothie and it was amazing! I definitely recommend the smoothies and upgrading to a smoothie bowl. They added in a lot of extras for only a couple dollars more. The bowls were really great - I had a chocolate cherry smoothie bowl and my husband had the blueberry smoothie. I would have loved to go back and try more options. They were also really accommodating about putting items on the side and helping with modifications. I will definitely be going back when in Asheville!
First time here and LOVED it! I had their Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl and later their Chickpea Caesar Sandwich and both were delicious! The atmosphere and location are also
This cafe was such a treat to visit. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the avocado toast! The atmosphere was vibrant and pleasant. The open kitchen layout fosters transparency with the food you nourish your body with. 10/10 recommend!
This place is a gem! Everyone is super lovely with a warm embrace. The food though…..ITS SO YUMMY! There’s love in everything! I tried a cup of seasonal garden veggie soup for brekky, then I had to try a cup of their Kitchari because I was curious, it’s also amazing! I’m finishing the day with a mushroom banh mi sammich…the better it gets the better it gets! It’s a wonderful life, George. Thank you, Pulp & Sprout! You’ve made a memorable impression.
Pulp and Sprout , Liberty Ave, Asheville NC This is my second visit here. The first time I ordered take out and had to park about 4 blocks away. This time we lucked out and got a spot on the street. The juices are cold pressed and already made up so there’s no wait. There are smoothies, bowls, cold pressed juices, nut mylk, broths, sandwiches, salads and desserts- all vegan, made fresh. I ve tried the kitchari bowl on the past visit and it was very good. The chickpea caesar sandwich was today’s choice. Excellent flavor on crispy toast with a small side of something that was also really good. Great place for a healthy lunch.
I ate half the Chickpea Caesar Sandwich, it was so good I decided to write a review. The bread was toasted to just right and the taste was perfect. I really enjoyed the sandwich. The only way to improve it would be to include a few pita chips on the side.
Great vegan restaurant in Asheville! I thoroughly enjoyed the chickpea Caesar sandwich and PB&J smoothie. Also pictured is their blackberry cheesecake.
The variety here is excellent, from the juice to the food to the smoothies. Any of the smoothies can be made into a bowl, which I’d recommend if you have the time/space - the bowls better display your fresh, scrumptious and healthy ingredients, and are gorgeous! The service is friendly and prompt, and the space is airy and welcoming. This is vegan cuisine done right - don’t miss it.
Just had their mushroom Bahn mi sandwich, which they said they'd recently reworked, and it blew my socks off. The Magnum smoothie was great too. I would literally travel to Asheville just for that sandwich, but I really want to try the whole menu now.
