Elfrida is a small unincorporated community and census-designated place in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Arizona in Cochise County. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 459. Elfrida is located on U.S. Route 191 northwest of Douglas and 6mi north of McNeal.
