This place is not anything special. My fault for not checking the reviews more carefully. It's out on the other end of town and we pulled in and no one was there because it was Sunday so we picked a site. it wasn't leveled and the wind was blowing and it was only a 30 amp site. So we would have to move to a 50 Amp site so we just decided we would go to another park in town. Be careful and do not get off I10 early. We drove through bumpy gravelly roads it was quite an awful adventure. Not the RV parks fault.
Convenient inexpensive full hookup overnight stay in the i10 journey. Super nice owners. Will be back again!Rooms: 5/5
Easy access from highway. Level gravel spots. Was able to stay connected to trailer. It's advertised in Passport America with the additional $7 for utilities.Slightly more overall than we usually pay but overall good deal. We didn't use any of the amenities, just spent the night
We were so surprised to find that this was no longer a KOA. Instead it was a run down mobile home park with a few camping sites. It was $48 for the night, and you had to feed quarters into the shower, to use it. RIDICULOUS!! I will not be back. And I don’t recommend it. What a dump!!!Service: 1/5
Easy access, good facilities, perfect proximity to "town"... but the best part was the super friendly and helpful site manager, Pam! We'll absolutely stay here again!Hotel highlightsQuiet, Great value
Spoke with Carol approximately 2 weeks before11/30/22 to make a reservation for that night. I have a Passport America membership, which I mentioned to her. The PA book says it's $17 a night plus tax and additional $2 charge for more than 2 ppl, there were 2 of us. She didn't mention a higher fee for 50 Amp or additional $7 utility charge. I was expecting to pay a little over $17, not over $30. The park is nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. Will not here stay again.
More of a trailer park than RV park. Locals always driving in and out at 30+ mph. Dogs constantly barking. Road is loud. Train runs 24-7. Men's shower last 45 seconds per quarter. Stayed 9 days due to weather. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves. Office is always locked with no one in it. Over priced for what you get.
Bare bones Rv peak lovely people running park. Great place to stop for a breakService: 5/5
We stayed one night is this quaint lil park just off the interstate. Very quiet park. Super friendly host. Great views. Would most definitely stay again.
Park is well maintained and rates are very reasonable compared to other parks in the area. Shower and bathroom were clean. Will stay here again next traveling along I-10. Pam the park manager is one of the nicest people I've met and very accommodating. Also, well behaved dogs are allowed.
