Eli's Western Wear Dundee

I placed an order a few weeks ago. I was pleased with the items that arrived. HOWEVER- I was missing an item from my order. I understand mistakes can happen and emailed the store to the address provided. After a week with no response, I emailed again through the website "contact us" link. Another week with no response. I finally called the company and when I shared my issue with the person who answered, I was transferred to voicemail. I left a message and still have not heard back. Worst costumer service I've had in a long time!! I love to support small businesses, but I will not be coming back to this one.

Walked in 15 mins to closing time to specifically get work boots that I need asap . I gotta say the young man who helped me find exactly what I needed was the most helpful person ever !! I’ve always had great service when I go to Eli’s but today I’m so grateful for his help. Y’all definitely are hiring the right people!

The staff at Eli's provides excellent customer service. My boyfriend purchased a pair jeans that ended up being too long. I'm a couple hours away from the store so zipping back to exchange would have been difficult. The manager brought the correct size in from the Okeechobee location and was kind enough to allow me to exchange by mail. Hard to find such good service these days. Thank you Eli's for going above and beyond.

I did not get what I went for! They definitely do not contribute to the young rider! It seems as if they sell hard to the cowboy and cowgirls of Polk County. The owner was extremely helpful and generous with the information I needed to make my purchase elsewhere. Otherwise I would have walked out of there and given the store a 1 . I walked in looking for a riding helmet and was taken to one huge bull riding by the sales girl

Good selection on boots and other items. There was a pair of boots I had been wanting. They went out their way to find them. Do to everything going on they worked with the manufacturer. It took about 4 weeks but they got them in and I did not have to pay anything till the store got them. Now couple more payments and they mine. Thank you Jen and Hailey.

I live out of state but found this store through a google search while looking for a specific pair of shoes in size 14 hard to find. I placed an order online and it shipped and arrived extremely quickly! It was exactly what I was looking for and was extremely impressed with the entire process - so much so I just placed a 2nd order with them!

Absolutely great place! The lady stopped what she was doing to help me find some boots today and didn't even have to ask her. She was great, and the manager lady was great. Absolutely best customer service. Has that old day feel where they actually want to be there and help... That attitude that's almost extinct in stores now. Great business. Will definitely be returning often!

Found the perfect boots. The wife and I stopped by to try on boots. The staff was very helpful not the over helpful kind were they get on your nerves. I took a while trying on boots and once in awhile the staff would come back and check on us to see if we need help. Like I said not pushy by helpful. The bottom line was I found a pair of boots that fit me to a T and that’s what it’s all about. Thanks ladies!

Always like walking into this store..I would love to buy my wife everything I could.. helpful staff always willing to help and choose the best gift.. plus the smell of leather…great choice, happy shopping
