Im late posting but,Shout out to Hannah at Elite who keeps my nails looking amazing. She is open to try any design I bring to her and she usually exceeds the expectation.
Most of the nail techs at this location are very friendly and professional. If I were giving a rave review I would call them out by name, however I can only mention the individual with whom caused a rating of one star. Here is the issue, Christine. She is compelled to share an experience with another customer she had a couple weeks ago with anyone who will listen. First of all relating an experience that was perceived as negative is very unprofessional, secondly acting proud that she caused a customer not to return was abominable, the character Christine possesses, as well as her lack of professionalism and inherent lack of intelligence is in question. She proudly likes to express that she was tempted "to rip off her eyelashes" in speaking of the customer she blatantly provided horrible service to. That can be construed as a threat albeit not made to the person but rather indirectly. The world is small and poor character will present itself and come back to whom negative words are spoken against. Furthermore, it speaks to the lack of management and leadership in this business. She talks very loud and others hear her comments, it's bad enough when the techs talk in their native language and in some cases are speaking poorly of the customer. Yes some folks do understand the language. Management needs to stop this behavior, or better yet it should have never been allowed. Regardless of how good the other techs are I suggest thinking twice before spending your money in this establishment, you may be the next story of negativity to spew from Christina's mouth. I challenge the owner to rectify the issue and either retrain or terminate, not just make excuses for poor character and veiled indirect threats of harm to another.
I was referred by a friend. I called and made the appointment. They were polite when I came in and throughout. I got SnS and the lady messed them up that the manager had to come try to fix them. Which he didn’t, but I didn’t want to sit while they completely repaired them. I am really disappointed. My nails are bumpy, not straight and sharp on edges. Also took over 2 hours.
I’ve had my nails done by a few of the techs here now. I really enjoy going to Vy though everyone does a great job. I’ve never felt rushed. I haven’t been injured nor uncomfortable. This is the third nail salon I’ve tried in High Point over 2.5 years and I haven’t found a reason to go anywhere else… yet ;
Had a gel manicure done today by Phia. I wanted a dark burgundy for fall and she did a great job! She took her time getting all the dry skin off the edges of my nails and the paint looks great. I'll definitely come back.Service: Manicure
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have never had such an amazing experience at a nail salon. They went above and beyond! I called and made an appointment at 5:15pm. She took me back immediately. I like my SNS short and not too thick and she actually cared about how I wanted my nails. They couldn’t be more perfect. I will for sure be back!
Very kind staff. While out of town to catch and early flight we had a nail emergency. The salon had closed but the manager was still closing up for the night. He welcomed us in and fixed the nail quickly and wished us well!!! Definitely will visit if ever back in the area for full services!!
Inconsistent prices. Each time I went I was told a different price for the same service. On my last visit, when I questioned why the price is different each time, Vance told me if I didn’t like the price I could go somewhere else. That’s exactly what I did! I am big on customer service and that was very unprofessional of him to say that. I would think you would want to keep customers instead of running them away. I guess that is not the case at Elite Spa Nails.
