For me, I love this Dr.'s office. The best I've ever been to for primary care. They are caring and loving people here, no better place. I am very happy to be a patient here. Truly a great place. Very highly Recommended
The entire team at this place is very professional and friendly, starting with my Dr Ana Garcia, JA in transportation, Carmen in the referrals and the guys from the pharmacy. They all make you feel at home. Thank you very much to all of them
My wife and I have been going to this office for almost 10 years now. Every year the experience gets worse. The most frustrating part is the company they use to schedule appointments. So many times they have scheduled the wrong appointment type. I show up to get a holster and they have it as a follow-up and the don’t have the equipment ready. Or it’s a follow-up but somehow they scheduled the wrong doctor. It took 25 mins on a call with the appointment service today to just reschedule my appointment for another day. It’s a disgrace the service that you get. When Dr. Krichmar was there it was better. Now he’s on a boat in the Caribbean and the whole place is falling apart with terrible experiences.
Waited a month for the dr appt. They call the day before and say the Dr is no longer accepting new patients. Mind you, I've been with Elite for 20 years...but you have to go every year to retain patient status. I wait another few weeks for a nurse, bc they have no doctors accepting new patients. I go for blood work and was interested in primarily ONE key metric. Of course, they did NOT include that in the test bc my insurance didn't cover and Elite failed to tell me. Now they want me to do a new bloodtest. Like I have nothing better to do. #incompetent
I have been a patient in this Doctors Office since 2008, and I can tell you that here you will find the most dedicated, understanding of your health and professional health workers you will find anywhere . They constantly go out of their way to help you with anything, from saving your life to filling a family medical leave of absence. I highly recommend Dr. Krichmar, who I attribute with saving my life, Dr. Rivera who is an extraordinary Internist, Dr. Korn a great cardiologist and specifically Shirley Gonzalez, Office Administrator who is always looking how to be helpful , among some I have been seen.
Almost every time I call there is an issue. Today I thought I had an appointment when I got there they told me it was a teleconference. I went home and waited and had to call the office three times and they said they cannot get through to me. It’s interesting because I get the calls that tell me I have an appointment but they cannot call me! Neither can the doctor according to them. How is this possible when I get calls all the time?
Most knowledgeable and proactive medical care. Could not recommend my provider Gleibys Sanchez or the support team more highly.
Love this office! Excellent doctors and the office staff is amazing. We like being able to see our primary and our cardiologist in the same location as well as so many other services. They make an effort to get to know you and everyone is professional and pleasant. Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Kind and compassionate, she is always willing to help us with anything! Highly recommended Dr. Rivera, Dr. Krichmar, and their staff of nurse practitioners!
I have been a patient of Elite health for over 10 years. Recently, I had a significant medical need. And attempted to get an appt,. I was an in person appt, since they advised they couldn’t do a telehealth appt. I made arrangements from work to be there, and they called me the day before to cancel my appt, and advised me they couldn’t see me for 2 weeks. I asked to speak with the office manager, to see if their were any other options, since I felt that I needed more prompt care, and was told they would call me back. They never called me back. Seeing as though, my health concern, was not a priority to the staff at Elite health. It left me with a complete lack of confidence. I will no longer be a patient their or recommend anyone
Had my appointment today at Elite Health at 1380 S Hiatus Rd with APRN Ana Garcia and am so glad to have her see me for my visits. She is very attentive, caring and puts our needs first. It is a pleasure visiting this location, as everyone involved is prompt and courteous. Thanks to you all
