Outstanding is the word I use to describe my experience with Tim Schaub and Melanie in the recent sale of our home.  I finished building our custom home in October 2017, and we had every intention of being located here for the foreseeable future. The desire to be close to the grandkids was the compelling factor that prompted us to sell. With a million dollars in building costs and a narrower market, we knew that it would take a knowledgeable and competent broker to consummate the sale.  I began my research, and the reviews on Tim Schaub were over the top. At our first meeting, we knew we had chosen well. Tim said if our home didn’t sell before winter set in, we could take it off-market and place it back on in the spring. He scheduled the most incredible virtual tour, and we launched in September 2019. The virtual tour caught the attention of a prospective buyer 5 hours away. They were seeking a broker, and in their research, they determined that Tim Schaub would be their best choice.  Our home closed in December. It takes a unique broker client relationship to negotiate with both buyer and seller. Melanie was incredible in following up with all the requirements and paperwork between the two parties. Tim accomplished a rent back from the buyers allowing us adequate time to prepare the home we had purchased.  Tim is personable, straight forward, and demonstrates true integrity. When you choose Tim, you are not merely getting an individual; you are getting the Schaub Team.
