All I can say is I’m very happy with my experience here at Elk Grove Toyota. They have way more cars to choose from than any NorCal Toyota dealer I’ve seen. The staff here are very friendly. I just want to say thank you Ryan my Sales guy and Duong the Finance Manager for making it happen with the purchase of my 2024 Camry SE!

Got my car in and out the same day. Which was important to me considering how much I use my car for work. Mike was very nice and people friendly. Would go here again for sure. Very satisfied with the repairs my car underwent. Runs like new!

I was fortunate to come in on a day that wasn't terribly busy and my service was processed quickly with minimal waiting. I understand this is not always the case. Andy is a great person and employee. Very, very happy customers! We found a car online that we were really interested in and called to see if we could come in after my husband got off of work to see it. Nash had the car ready to go as soon as we got there and wasn't pushy at all; he made it a very comfortable and low stress experience.  Even if we hadn't bought the car I would still have written a good review because of how respectful and helpful Nash and the gentleman who did the financial paperwork were. We have had some not so great experiences at other dealerships, so we really appreciated the way we were treated!  We will definitely be recommending this dealership to others and be returning for future car needs!

I had a pleasant experience with my recent 30K service for my vehicle. From the intial part of it until the end, there were no issues whatsoever. The staff was great and the lounge is comfortable. The duration of the service was within  a reasonable time frame too.

I had an excellent experience working with David. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, patient with all my questions, and never pressured me into making a decision. David made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free, and I'm thrilled with my new Toyota RAV4. I highly recommend him for anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Worked with me to get a vehicle similar to the one I have been waiting for. Friendly, helpful and received good financing. Walked me through the Toyota app and connecting with my multimedia. Good service.

Rene was very pleasant to work with. He revised the issue my vehicle had and he went over some options with me. He also suggested the extended oil change service plan and its benefits. I ended up purchasing the plan, the service was easy and swift.
