Sheriff Brad Rogers would like to welcome visitors to the facebook page to learn about the department’s various activities and community events while striving to provide a safe and peaceful environment to the citizens of Elkhart County. Sheriff Rogers was elected in November of 2010. The sheriff has committed himself to reducing the rate of repeat offenders by changing hearts and minds. Community corrections initiatives, including faith-based counseling and educational opportunities for inmates, are at the forefront of his office. Sheriff Rogers is very adamant about serving the people of his community and not only addressing their needs, but surpassing them.
Sheriff Rogers is supported by Undersheriff Holmes, Detective Captain Siegel, Administrative Captain Bradberry, Corrections Captain Perry and Patrol Captain Culp. The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department provides a peaceful and safe environment for residents and visitors through our programs and policing efforts. Employees foster cooperative relationships with other law enforcement agencies to accomplish this goal.
