I had my first appointment at Elliott Eye Doctors today and they are fabulous! Everyone was so nice, the exam was very thorough, and I love the frames that I picked out. Leah was amazing and even brought out some frames that were not on display to help me find the perfect pair. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, I would highly recommend them.
This team of professionals is exceptional! From warm, highly skilled service to outstanding clinical results, they have successfully put me into multifolcal contact lenses which has become my most significant weapon in my anti-aging arsenal! I had my Annual Exam this morning at Elliott Eye Doctors! It was a great experience, as usual, from the start. As soon as you entered the office, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The staff members are so lovely and helpful! As soon as I arrived, I spotted a pair of Tom Ford eyewear I fell in love with. Leah Malinosky, LP, is a Rockstar!! She assured me the frames were a perfect fit! I'm always worried because I have a round face, which can be difficult for me to find a frame I like. I’m in love with my new frames! Thanks, Leah!!! Best Eye Care Team!!

I believe Dr. Makenzie assured me the frames were a perfect fit; I'm always worried because I have a round face, which can be difficult for me to find a frame I like. Allison took me into the exam room immediately to check all my readings. My exam went very well; the optometrist Jordan provided valuable information based on questions I had that had been bothering me for quite some time. Best Eye Care Team!!
Great staff. Efficient and professional. They work hard to make sure everything is up to par and patient satisfaction. Leah is an excellent optician!
This is the very best eye doctors office in Mass. Bryanne is extremely helpful and lovely and Leah is equally helpful and lovely.
We had gone other places but are now back to Elliot Eye Doctors because their staff is great. They take their time with each appointment and you don't feel rushed. When picking out frames, Mike was great. We weren't rushed or pushed into buying the more expensive ones, just what fit right and looked good. Mike explained the different coatings and told us which ones that he thought we wouldn't need. When I went to pick my 2 pairs up granddaughters not ready yet, Mike reviewed what each pair was for and made sure that they fit correctly. Great job done by all staff. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
Great customer service, amazing employees
I have been going to Elliot Eye Doctors for years for both eyeglasses and contacts and have always been pleased. Dr. Mackenzie Elliot has always been patient and thorough with her examinations and is great at explaining the reasoning behind all her decisions. The office staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mike Sumner. He is a pleasure to work with! They definitely have a great selection of glasses, including high end brands like Gucci, Tom Ford and Oliver Peoples.
At first, I only ordered new lenses because I thought the frame was still good. A couple weeks later, the frame broke down who knows why it broke?. I came to order a new frame - same branch Silhouette -. I picked a frame but did not know and people at the store did not tell me that they would use that store display frame instead of ordering a new one for me. The "new" frame has multiple cut signs on both temple tips. After talking back and forth, the tech was OK to replace a new frame for me. In the meantime I could wear those eyeglasses, "but you'd better make no damage to the frame or we won't replace it!" Did I do any damage yet?. When the "new frame" arrived, I came and gave them the eyeglasses. And after working with it, the tech showed a "new" frame because the temple tips were straight. Until I came home I knew that they were just replacing the plastic part of temple tips because they don't have the frame sizes on them like others. But I was too tired to go back to that store. A week later, both of the new temple tips got loose. The white metal showed up on both sides. I had to come to the store and they said they would order new temple tips for me. I came back to the store after they called me to say that the new tips arrived. Turns out they did not order and that I misunderstood them. Then why did you not fix it last time? The people there said that the new temple tips were replaced for the first time like I guessed and there was nothing wrong with the new ones. They said they could glue that on Then why did you not fix it last time? and that's all they would do for me or I have to pay for new temple tips. I paid for a new frame and now end up with a defective one even though they said it's a 1 year warranty.   Another thing is when I ordered the new frame they charged me full price "because you didn't order both lenses and frame at the same time". After checking my insurance account, I figured out that they billed my insurance for both lenses and frame when I first ordered the lenses. I had to come back and talk to them about that. They explained how they had to bill insurance like that, blah blah. and finally gave me a refund but of course I had to come back to their store again. When I came for a refund, instead of refund they charged me that same amount. I had to come back to get back all of the money. How many trips did I make for my new glasses? I can't count. They look very nice when you come for service, purchase but when you come for a problem you're not welcome! They were not happy when my son's eyeglasses had problems. And even when I came back for the refund. This is my 2nd pairs with them and it will be the last. The store is right in my town but I won't go back again. I won't trade convenience for hassle.
