Ellis Athletic Center is a newly renovated full-service fitness center that offers group fitness, play care, cardio equipment with personal viewing screens, outdoor fitness, Silver Sneakers, basketball, volleyball, softball, pickleball, ping pong and more. Ellis Athletic Center is a great place to workout. The outside yard area pushing the sled and in the morning there is PERFECT SUN for those of us who love to be outside , the trx area in the gymnasium and the yoga classes on the weekends are my favorite parts of the gym. The staff is extremely supportive and motivating. It's just a really positive place to be. To be honest the one area that Ellis Athletic could approve upon is to offer more morning classes in the 730-8am time frame. Most of the classes are 930 and onward which is great for people who don't work! That being said, not a huge deal just a small detail I think could be better. Grateful that I live right across the street of such a great gym!
We held a 7 yr old birthday party in the gym portion of the center and it was a fantastic setting. Securing the location, confirming details and payment process were all easy and straightforward. The facilitators for the party were energetic and had great ideas. They kept a group of 20+ kids engaged and excited! There was plenty of space for the kids, parents and party area. Very happy to have this place in our neighborhood.

A true gem in the landscape of fitness facility/program alternatives. The staff is friendly, the classes are challenging, and the trainers are amazing. I have been a member since 2007 and would recommend this gym to everybody at every level. World's best instructors are all included in the price of admission...Becca, Lori, Marissa, Kim, and Kara to name just a few.
Linda is the best! Always greeting people in such a welcoming way. A pleasure to be around. Incredibly helpful and understanding to any specific situation. Makes me enjoy the gym so much more! Ellis is lucky to have her.
I have had a great experience in my year here at Ellis. You never have to wait for any equipment and the locker rooms and facilities are always spotless. The staff is very friendly and always in a good mood. I can definitely recommend this gym to people of all ages and all levels of fitness, novice or experienced.
Awful. Dishonest. Watch for billing traps. Only joined because it was close to my old job. Have been fighting with them over billing for MONTHS. $100 cancellation fee, $70 fee in July for no reason what so ever. Sent cancellation letter twice, second time certified, indicated effective date and yet even though the cancellation was received 8/14/19 I was still charged for September. All I can say is if you have another option for a gym take it. Read reviews, watch for hidden fees.
Great gym! I just joined a few days ago because I was referred by a friend. Glad I agreed. There are not many gyms with free weights, basketball court, various classes, and shower towels, all for $20 a month. If you sign up this month, the one time sign up fee is only $20. If you refer me, you can get an additional 2 months free! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the water fountain is not that good. But you can bring your own water or buy any of their other drinks. Hurry and don’t miss this months deal!
