Fitness for Mom...Fun for Baby!
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. We will weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a 60 minute total body workout. Class can be modified for moms of all levels of fitness. Babies from 6 weeks old to any age are welcome! Enjoy a fantastic workout, weekly playdates, and monthly Moms Night Out.
