Love old school sliders! Taste just like the food truck. Love the cheese curds. I wish it came with a malt or shake.
Lots of cool things that you don't normally see in a military base and the atmosphere is welcoming
The prices are outrageous when compared to "civilian stores". Aafes obvioulsy doesn't try at all to discount their items, let alone match prices with "competitors". There is not much variety, or stock in the store. Making it useless to even go there. I grew up in the military, and Aafes has never been great... but they remind me of a store/company that is going out of business, and has stopped caring what their customers think/need/want.
A little small in overall size. Was clean and prices were OK. Had a few fast food choices.
It's no wonder why they are failing, there prices are higher than downtown stores and it is a big to do to have the price match. I would have been ok with going through the lengthy process if it hadn't been for the cashiers attitude about it. I will not buy from the BX any more and recommend people just go downtown to buy, because, easier, cheaper, and most of all friendlier.
Found a nice quality Carter's coat for my grandson and an Air Force mom mug for me
The photo shown here by someone else is not a picture in the Base Exchange. It is a photo inside the Base Commissary. I'll not really sure why, but it seems as if the Base Exchange is slowly carrying less and less merchandise. Especially true in the Electronics POWER ZONE area. Quite disappointing.
Lol... All the photos are from the commissary. Like the poster don't even know the difference... I mean, what's there to review? Where else are you gonna get some mid-range common denominator items that are tax free? If it's not here, then go to Wal-Mart or Target. Staff seems friendly.
Not even sure why they still exist. Poor selection of items. It's always dead inside, clothing and other items are super pricey for what you get. Can't even carry basic items like sunscreen during the summer. I'm usually disappointed anytime I go in.
It is small, but has some great deals on high end clothing brands, shoes etc. A little bit of most stuff. No sales tax. Nice workers.
