I've been coming into this office for 4 years I hate this docters office and I'm going alot farther from my home these docters are rude and have no compassion for anyone I have osteoarthritis in both knees all 4 years I've had fmla paperwork for my employer filled out this year Dr boscov refused to sign it for no good reason I have proof of this condition of course through x rays she bribes people with colonoscopys that we don't need she s the rudest and worst docter I gave ever met as a docter she has compassion for anyone and the people in the forms dept are rude also. I am switching to a whole other office and hospital and they don't care I've tried to complain to the patient advocate line twice the first time they didn't even send my complaint in 2nd time they sent it to the wrong docter I can't get anything resolved and they held my fmla paperwork for 1 month now the 1 I have to renew is expiring in 2 days I hate this docters office
Dr. Jeff D’amico has been my family Doctor for at least ten years now. He is the only reason my family goes to this clinic. He’s a good doctor with great bedside manner and is thorough. He assures you are completely comfortable with your medical care. I can’t think of a single time he ever made me feel any less happy about my service. He cared for my grandmother with kindness and understanding til she passed away from Alzheimer’s a few years ago. He is a great guy. Thankyou so much Dr. D.
Found this clinic through recommendations of my coworkers & friends. I have gotten used to long waits so that wasn't a concern going in, but here there was hardly any wait time. The doctor was very attentive & understanding. Great atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend!
The lady at the front desk yelled at me in a rude and unprofessional manner. She told me I needed to get out and go to my car for a video call visit. I never received a call or message stating that my appointment changed to a video call from an in person. She was very rude and had no manners whats so ever. Very upset with my experience.
I haven't had any problems besides the typical what seems forever long wait time but I work at a hospital as well so I understand. I love Dr Boskov, she's easy going and understanding.
Terrible experience with this hospital. Due to a storm/power outage back in Nov 2019 my appointment got cancelled. Their offices were closed. I tried numerous times to call and reschedule and no luck. Ended up getting a $40 appointment cancellation discharged to a credit collecting agency. That’s an outrage! Never recommending this hospital. I end up taking my 1 inch wood splinter out of my hand myself. Both on the phone and their automated services are the worst. Operators would be the first ones to hang up or not help me.
Upon entering, a high risk individual asked if I had an appointment for a blood draw. I did not as my physician nor the clinic informed me of the policy change. A sticker was slapped on my shoulder and I was told to go outside, call, and make an appointment. As this draw required a 12 hour fast I wished an appointment as early as possible. I was obliged. Upon reentry, the same individual I saw 10 minutes earlier asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. After which she slapped another sticker on my chest and sent me to the information desk. She was most polite. I asked her if I could use my phone inside. She said yes, contrary to the information I just received. I sat down and realized my temperature was not taken. I went back to the first individual to be tested. She said she thought she had tested it. I disagreed. She did then tested me. I sat down and and then observed a younger lady enter without a mask. The testing individual placed her hand up in front of the young lady's face as if to indicate 'halt'. The young lady was taken aback by the affrontation. There appears to be a lack of training and professionalism at this facility. Communication of new policies should be send electronically to patients. Lastly, why would the clinic have a high risk individual performing initial testing upon entry. Thank you.
READ IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME LOOKING TO SCHEDULE I’ve scheduled an appointment online because I had not been taking care of my medical health like I should. I was browsing on which Dr would I feel is the best option for myself. After finally deciding I schedule my appointment with Dr. Kinsley. I cannot emphasizes how AMAZING of a Dr she is! I’ve been other places with other Dr. but Dr. Kinsley , without any doubt is on top of the list. she made me feel so comfortable as well as was so patience with me, explain everything so thoroughly. If you are looking for a Dr. that will care for you and make you feel so comfortable, will listen to your needs. Schedule with Dr. Kinsley. I promise you she is the best out there. She knows what she’s doing. I thank her for such an AMAZING first experience.
Called multiple times to get my anti depressant and was told i was on high priority. Waited around for 8 hours and still nothing. I guess making sure there patients are taken care of isnt a priority to them. Now i can barely move due to drug withdrawal from the lack of medicine someone should be fired for this completely unacceptable
It was fast good customer service clean I definitely would come here again.
