Very horrible service. I paid for the most expensive package for car wash but they did horrible vacuum and cleaning inside. I told them redo it, but they still couldn’t vacuum and clean my car. I attached the pictures here. So waste money here. The cashier with bad attitude. I am so disappointed. Never come back here for the car wash.Services: Scratch removal
If you come here don’t bother having them clean the inside of your car. Save your money. They don’t do a good job. I don’t have kids or eat in my car so the dirt/dust is never very bad. Should be an easy clean. My dashboard was barely wiped down, still covered in dust/dirt. My touchscreen wasn’t even wiped at all. Dirt and dust all over the car interior in general. Seems that they didn’t even vacuum even a little. I paid for the $30 wash, their highest package. Save your money. Go elsewhere or only get an exterior wash.
They were incredible! I had some issues with my interior and some of which they stopped doing but Flagship McLean was so helpful and accommodating! They did such a phenomenal job with my exterior and interior it smells and looks incredible!! I 10/10 would recommend and will be going back absolutely!Services: Vacuuming
Flagship carwash ‍ At this location, there is only a single lane available, and regardless of the service you have availed, you are required to wait in line and answer inquiries about your membership plan. A representative approached me and, upon noticing the tag on my windshield, began inquiring about the service I had chosen. Is this for real? What is the purpose of having a tag on my windshield then?
Even though Flagship McLean, VA was closed due to rain; General Manager Dario Gamarro spent 8 minutes wetting then power washing my car covered with sticky goo and crystallized ashes from Canada’s forest fires. When I came back for a Super Wash, he made me wait a bit longer before the wash so that he could let the chemical he sprayed on my car work it’s way through the goo before the wash. What a dedication to a job well done and what a customer service excellence. Thank you.
I used here for the FIRST time and I should Say that I'm really SURPRISED!!! OMAR did the great job on my car with detail clearing. I have a dog and my car was full of her hair. they are really fast and friendly, all the edges of my car has been take care. They're service is really valuable and they offer reasonable price. I recommend Flagship Carwash Mclean Location to everyone who is looking for a great and convenient service. Thanks Flagship and Thanks to Omar specialy
I recently had a bike rack installed and had difficulty getting it unhitched. I came to the auto wash and asked if I could still go through but it’s unsafe. The owner was so nice as to come out and help me remove the rack. So nice! I don’t get my car washed often so it’s a real treat but and you don’t ordinarily expect an act of kindness at a humble place like an auto wash but tiny miracles do happen! Very pleased.
Unfortunately, It is service with an attitude and a mediocre job to boot. I got their highest priced car wash. They did not vacuum well. They left the wet mats in my car. They did not clean out the cupholders. There were marks on my seat. They did not clean the undercarriage. The front of the car still had bugs on it. I miss embassy.
This is the most poorly designed car wash ever, they only have one vacuum and a line of ten to twenty cars should take five or ten minutes to go through, but instead it takes thirty minutes to forty five minutes. You guys have to figure this out, everyone I know goes to the other locations because it’s faster with 50 cars in front of you in Vienna than three cars in front of you at this location. Please please please just set up multiple vacuum stations before or after the actual car wash, this wait tim is insane, and completely unnecessary.
Waste of money, maybe if you get your car cleaned once a week and want a freshen up. But the quickness sacrifices quality. Very poor vacuuming and did not even wipe off my dashboard. Only mad I paid $45 for something I could’ve done better with quarters at a local gas stationServices: Vacuuming
