Avoid this place at all costs. Poor business practices, terrible to nonexistent management. I had been subscribed to this business monthly membership for about a year, they do an okay job but it’s been declining over time. They’ve had about 3/4 different managers since I started coming and I have been trying to cancel my membership for months to no avail! Every time I showed up the guy “in charge” told me there was no one in management there and to come back, well I came multiple times to no one there so I decided to file a dispute with my bank, only then did someone reach out to resolve my issues and I was finally able to cancel yet they didn’t offer me a refund for the months I was charged yet not used their services. I will continue the dispute with my bank and since then I have found a place that does a great job at what they’re supposed to do. I highly recommend Fast Eddie’s ! Yeah it’s a bit of a drive but it’s well worth it in order to have a proper service done on your loved vehicles!Services: Auto detailing
Great place. Everyone there was helpful and the people there are passionate about cars. Thorough, they cleaned inside and out, and even under the hood. My Jeep hasn't been this clean since I got it!
I came to get a car wash, and interior vacuuming because I had some dog hair build up I wanted to take care of. But no one told me about the separate package with the “dog hair removal “ option, I was too far back from the board they have to see the options and only did the $20 in and out because that’s what the guy told me would cover what I was asking for; Upon the guys who started vacuuming they really didn’t vacuum the back of my car all that well. One of their cleaners helped themselves to my towel that I keep wrapped up around my bottle of window cleaner I use as needed in my car. When I was looking in my back seat I noticed the bottle was there on my seat but not my towel. I searched a bit while going through the wash and realized they took it. I waited 15 minutes to talk to a manager, one of the workers who was helping me was understanding and went to go get her 3 different times. eventually she came over and right away just handed me $10 because that’s how much the towel I had cost, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked to speak to a manager. But the worker asked what it looked like an I explained it was a light blue with red stitch trim on the end and one side is a flat and the other was the fiber for the wash and dry. Instantly found it, seeing as none of their towels were even close to what mine looked like. 3 stars because the female manager they had just seemed overly annoyed she had to deal with a problem then didn’t seem to care and just threw out $10 at me and then was done with the situation, not the fact that potentially property of mine was taken from my car, just a towel or not. She apologized for the “mistake” after the other employee walked up and said he found my towel and the employee had it still, she was going to take the $10 back because she thought it was one of their towels until the employee said no this is his towel and told me to take both and that’s when she apologized. I’m attaching a picture of how I keep the bottle and towel so y’all can clearly see they have to physically unwrap it and such and didn’t just “think it was one of theirs”Service: Vacuuming
The team that helped me was phenomenal! They cleaned my car efficiently and with perfection. I would definitely go back there again! Great customer service and so excited to drive my clean car! Thank you to the whole team!

Waited 10 minutes and then after asking why it isnt moving, I was told that the lane was full. Like can't you do the detailing to the left of the exit lane. It's so close to home but everything I've gone it's been a bad experience. Prefer to drive 10-15 mins for a nice clean and quick wash.
Paid $180 to get an interior detail done. At time of drop off I requested my radio not to be cleaned as I did not want water / steam near it. When I picked up vehicle radio would not turn on and lights on buttons were going on and off. Was told by owner they are not responsible. They had one jobService: Auto detailing

Love this place. I always get top-notch service, and everyone working there is friendly. The GM, Marco, always makes sure that the customers are well taken care of and points out details we might miss on our cars, but he is not pushy trying to sell you something unnecessary. It is very refreshing, compared to many other places. I will be coming here for a very long time. Keep up the good work, guys.
