Very friendly and helpful staff thank you!
Dubravka did a fantastic job with helping my parents to get their Bosnian passports renewed. She helped to make sure they had all the proper paperwork done and that everything was processed in a very timely manner. She genuinely wants to help people and that is made obvious through the caring and professional manner with which she conducts her work.
They never answer the phone! What kind of unprofessional place is this. I'm sure they are busy drinking coffee all day! All the staff needs to be replaced maybe then the phones will get answered and people helped.
I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that it IS hard to get someone on the phone and the website needs to be updated but once you get to Mrs. Dubravka you will not be sorry. This woman is capable and knowledgeable and helped me in record time. My advice is be patient. Leave a message and she will get back to you. This place is understaffed at this time and needs a bit of patience.
I want to publicly thank Mrs. Dubravka Sarenac. Mrs. Sarenac is an extremely pleasant and kind person, an employee who knows how to do her job, who wants to help everyone more than she can. BH citizens can be happy because we have a person like Mrs. Sarenac in the BH team. Thank you one more time. Family Vrtagic
Dubravka is the most knowledgeable and friendliest embassy worker. We went to the bosnian embassy as I needed a passport for shipping my belongings to Bosnia and she was really friendly, thoughtful and helpful. I would highly recommend asking for dubravka the next time you need help here. She is just soo wonderful and thank God for people like this. She made my experience a meaningful one.
This place is an embarrassment. Non of the extensions pick up the phone EVER. They dont care about people and helping them even in urgent situations.
I left a voicemail, received a call back from Dubravka. She was very nice, informative and answered all my questions. I will follow up and complete paperwork for my new born. I was told the process takes 4 months for BiH birth certificate. I will follow up after 3-4 months and leave following feedback after BiH birth certificate has been completed.
We went to the Bh embassy for a passport. Mrs. Dubravka welcomed us she is the most caring and helpful person we could have had the pleasure of meeting. She helped us with the entire process and guided us. This is the most hardworking lady who truly cares about helping people. We are so honored to have met such a wonderful lady. We are so thankful for the warm welcome and all the guidance we have received from her. We are lucky to have her here in Washington working with us. She is super efficient and knowledgeable. Unprofessional to another level. They simply do not pick up the phone. I have, however, gamed their extension system by randomly trying different numbers until I finally got a hold of an individual who provided me with actual extensions that seem to pick up. To save everyone some frustration, and time, please try the following extensions: 235 228 222 I had luck with 228, a lady answered the phone, but quickly became agitated and rude after I gave her my two cents on their phone process. They are apparently busy with 'things'. Such a shame, places like this do not deserve a paycheck.
