Went for renewal of passport for my wife. All process finished in 30 mnts. Excellent staff good behave people and professional too. Good experience. Keep it up Pakistan embassy staff.
I applied for a Visa 4 weeks ago. I have called and e mailed and been dismissed rudely by employees or completely lacked a response. They have returned my application twice telling me they need additional a letter of invitation, which they do not specify is needed on their original instructions. I submitted the requested information. 7 days later I get an automated message saying I did not submit it. I resubmit and get the same message 7 days later! I called them again at the D.C. office and they tell me to contact the Chicago office, but the Chicago office notifies me that my application is out of D.C. after multiple e mails begging for assistance from someone. I called 2 days ago to ask questions about my pending application and when the agent referred to Chicago, I simply asked why it was necessary to use Chicago when I had applied out of D.C. The agent actually disconnected on me and they have since blocked my phone number! I truly do not understand why my phone number was blocked as there was absolutely NO confrontation during my last phone call from my primary number. I had to call again today from a different number and was immediately reached the desk without issue. The agent advised me to send in a cancellation request via e mail and reapply for the Visa by Email which takes supposedly 48-72 hours. He was rushing me off the phone and became very rude when I asked him to repeat the e mail address to use. I have submitted the request for cancellation but still no response so I cannot submit for the fast and more costly visa. I will miss the cutoff window due to their absolute lack of desire to do any work. I will not only lose my visa cost, but also my trip deposits because they refused to assist or provide valuable information. Their lack of interest in performing basic service has cost me thousands of dollars and no one is particularly interested.
I was expecting callous behavoiur but to my surprise the service/assistance provided was brilliant. the staff specially KAMRAN was polite, patient and very helpful. Well done and keep it up. Bravo Zulu
The Pakistan Embassy's staff in Washington DC is an appalling disgrace to our nation. The staff members are shameless, unethical, nonsensical, outrageously rude, and utterly unprofessional. They bring shame upon our country, and it is infuriating to witness their incompetence. These individuals deserve to be terminated and punished for their disgraceful behavior. Their salaries should be immediately halted, and they should be permanently banned from holding any government position. Their complete disregard for basic manners and customer service is nothing short of infuriating. It is a disgrace to witness a diplomatic institution stooping to such deplorable lows. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this embassy at all costs.
I went in for NICOP not knowing I needed to make an appointment. I had all the documents with me and had come from really far with my toddler. They were able to scheduled me the same day within an hour since it was a slow day. They were considerate of my situation and very helpful.
Hello. why no one response to our phone calls. I live in Washington state and have applied for a Visa, but it shows in processing, how to get expedited my visa to get approved or any idea please? appreciate

Let my just say that my visit to the embassy was awesome and the people that work there were just fantastic. I got approved for a visa the same day and all thanks to the nice and handsome gentleman that did my interview all the workers were really nice too you all deserve a 5 stars. I came back home to Seattle knowing that my trip to the embassy was worth every penny i spent there thanks again. and btw if you're planning a trip there try using uber it's cheaper and a lot easier thank goodness i did because parking space is full and i can understand why because it's not just pakistan embassy but there are other embassies too so be warned
Only thing I can say is I hope each and every one of you get terrible diseases and die while suffering. May your place be in the deepest hole of Hell.
Your work will get done, although a lot of paperwork and useless requirements. People are helpful and cooperative. But they need to designate parking spots outside the embassy. It is confusing where to park. And parking is very limited. And also need to add more staff, seemed like only one or two people doing all the work.
