Just to let you all know that the lady that answers the calls is not a Singaporean. She is from the Philippines. It’s hard to get things done and get genuine answers from them. Lack of knowledge I must say. I asked for a Singaporean she passed me to her Filipino colleague it’s frustrating. The one in San Francisco is very efficient and all are from Singapore. You get straight answers from them. My passport takes a long time to process not sure what they did to my application before sent out to I C A. Now I have to pay extra for faster service???? It’s been more than 4 weeks!

I am very very impressed with the service of this consulate. I am Nigerian and needed to get my Singapore visa asap and the consulate helped me. They were very patient with me and they issued me the visa in no time. The consulate executive kept me updated throughout the process and I was indeed impressed because she went above and beyond. Thank you Singapore consulate DC, I am about to go have fun in Universal Studios in a few weeks thanks to you!
Someone is literally sitting there and disconnecting the phone before they even answer. Pretty pathetic that they are getting paid and can’t even put in the effort to attempt their job. Must be nice to steal money from your employer.
The Singapore goverment is the best.! We feel safe and was educated and we have to credit this to the late father of Singapore mr. L lee Kuan Yew.
I have been to Singapore many times. This time I try to apply for a business visa for an upcoming trip. The visa office lady was very unreasonable and rude.
The lady who picks up the phone at the operator is super rude. She was very insulting to me when I was just asking for information.
The woman at the embassy was very helpful very kind and answered all my questions.
