We stayed here 3 nights for the annual convention of Jehovah's Witnesses.  I cannot say enough good things about this place.  My family and I go to Orlando often enough and may choose to stay here for recreation in the future.  Breakfast was delicious and well cooked.  Great custom omelets, bacon and sausage both available, along with beverage options of coffee, soda, or juice.   There was plenty of polite and attentive staff as soon as breakfast opened.  On top of that, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful.  We were most impressed by the professionalism and sincerity of the staff.  10/10 customer service.  We also had a chance to eat at the restaurant for dinner, and the food was all delicious based on 3 different meals.  Rooms were spacious and clean.  Thank you so much for our memorable weekend, Embassy Suites.

Overall it was excellent. Our housekeeper Carly was awesome. Friendly, polite and always smiling. She does excellent work. Was there for our convention and as usual, our suite wasn't ready and the meeting rooms was uncomfortably cold. Hotel tried to correct but seemed to be a system problem. Overall I'd still say it was excellent. Food was very good, reasonably priced, and restaurant staff was good as well. Suite was clean, no odors, and spacious.

Great location, friendly staff at front deck. Well appointed rooms and lots of amenities on the property. The dinner staff was challenged by too many customers and the food was just okay. I left some clothing there in room 915 and called the very next day, but you have to sign up for an email from a third party outfit to locate your items. Good thing we left a tip for housekeeping, hopefully they have the shirt and shorts in safekeeping, but 4 days after departure I am giving up hope.  Rooms: Up to date, super clean and spacious .

We had a wonderful stay. The gift shop stewards’ name was Rosa and she was super sweet to my child. She worked to make sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted, even though she was busy. She even let the front desk know that the pool was out of towels, avoiding a huge problem when the kids rushed back to the pool after a storm. We don’t often meet staff that makes customers problems their own, and we just wanted to appreciate her. We hope the hotel does as well. Thanks Rosa!

Summary: Not recommended for people having sleeping issues, otherwise good.  Cons: 1. Noise from freeway, very annoying at night even with ear plugs. 2. Our room is right facing a spotlight, and the curtain does not cover 100%, so it's even brighter at night than daytime.  Pros: 1. Very friendly staff. 2. Decent breakfast. 3. Spacious room.  I could not sleep well because of the noise & light problems, but the crew members were super helpful and were willing to change the room for us. Definitely appreciate their help, just not a good option for people like me.

Very friendly staff from beginning to end. Excellent breakfast with enough variety to accommodate a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. Enjoyed the free “Happy Hour “. I found the facility to be very roomy yet with a comfortable, familial atmosphere.  Safety: I felt safe in the hotel. There were plenty of staff around to create an atmosphere of security. Didn’t feel isolated.

This is a very clean, impressive and well kept location. The staff are all very friendly people. Special thanks to the front desk associate known as Nihade for her hospitality and professional demeanor when I was unable to be professional. This location has a nice bar, convenience store and a very big breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated but a renovation is being done.

Just spent four days/three nights at this place and loved it. It definitely hits above its pay rate. The room was large, the location is an hour at most from anything worth actually doing in Florida, the price is excellent and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable I prefer a bit stiffer of a mattress so YMMV and the shower was spacious and worked well. The pool was excellent.

Stayed at this location due to how close it was to where we had come to visit. The room smelled of mildew and I'm pretty sure that is what has cause my entire family to be sick this week. Plus of the hotel is that each floor has a laundry room and the room was a decent size for a family of 4.  Would definitely recommend that you change rooms if you smell mildew. I wish we would have.
